My husband and I have been using this mattress for the last 3 months. Compared to our old mattress, I love it! It’s great for relaxing and so nice to sit up and read/watch tv without getting uncomfortable. I do like sleeping on it, but I’d prefer it to be much more firmer. I was not sold on memory foam for this reason. My biggest complaint is that it says it has a cooling feature. We have a mattress cover on top, so not sure if that takes away from the coolness? My biggest issue is that we both wake up extremely hot. We like to sleep with the AC turned down, so if we forget to do that, we will wake up HOT and sweaty. Overall it’s a great mattress, but not sure if I’d purchase for myself again.

Convenient to purchase and quick to set up. Extremely comfortable and has great support for your entire body. Would recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive but high quality mattress that you don't need a pickup to transport. Loved the convenience of the bed in a box and being able to carry it up a narrow staircase.

I bought this mattress about a month ago, and it doesn’t show up in my order history so I can’t return it. Hmm weird. Secondly, this is advertised as medium firm, if you go to any mattress store and feel what a medium firm mattress is, this is NOT it. This is the plushiest mattress I’ve ever owned. If you’re looking for any level of firmness, buyer beware! Would return but the order is mysteriously missing from my account.

I am experiencing lower back pain when I wake up in the morning. I will not get another mattress with memory foam again. I’m looking for a bed topper that is firm to try and even it out. So disappointed by the description and positive reviews. I would rather sleep on the couch (Which is what I’m doing now) or have my old 20 plus year old mattress back.

Brought Queen size this 3 weeks ago, mattress is still only 10" not what is says 12" in final size when it expands. Too soft even though the box and Website says Medium . the person next to you can make you role towards them :D I bought 2 other mattress before, i bought King and Twin was not this soft , it was medium as it was stated. liked it so i bought this , could be diffective from manufacturing! not sure. this may go back to store.

The manufacturing chemical smell has not gone away after letting this mattress air out with the windows open and no cover on it for 48 hours. With a waterproof cover, mattress pad, sheets and comforter, the room still smells and my hair even smells like the chemicals after sleeping in it. It's a decent mattress otherwise although you will slide off if you try to sit on the edge of it. It's very soft.

Do not buy if you have any form of back issues. I let fully expand before sleeping on it, I would wake through the night with lower back pain which isnt uncommon and reason why i bought bew mattress so i didnt think anything of it. By morning the pain is completely unbareable ive never experienced pain this bad. There is zero support with this mattress and is on the plush side nothing medium about it.

I know this mattress is an inexpensive mattress, but I believe the top layer of the mattress should not have stretched/separated to the point that it causes pain. I am older and have no way of returning it fully expanded. Note: The bed was a dream the first week and I slept better than I had in a very long time. I was absolutely delighted, but my euphoria is rested and low pain was short lived. This mattress should not be advertised as being compatible with the adjustable base. The base was purchased from Sam's Club as well.

The musty chemical smell is has been just absolutely horrible. I have been sleeping on this mattress a month and it still smells. I'm have been waking up with headaches since day one from the smell. Plus with the poor support you sink down in it to far. I don't recommend this Hotel 12" Premier Queen mattress and I would love to return it!

Sooo, we have had a 20 year old mattress that we bought used because we were on a very tight budget back then. I was debating on whether to buy a nice used mattress for a couple hundred or a “mattress in a box”. My husband talked me out of it after the whole, “what if there are bedbugs in it “ conversation. UGH!! Honestly, we had a bad experience buying a mattress in a box from another site and after only 6 months, it left a “body print” in the mattress. So needless to say, I was weary about buying one. But I checked the reviews and couldn't believe the positive feedback on this one! We have slept on this Queen-sized mattress for 2 nights and it is a game changer! We bought the firm one on sale for $299. It supports you so well and you can sit on the edge of your bed without falling off. My husband has not slept in our bed in 2 years because of peripheral neuropathy pain. He slept in it last night and loved it. A little side note. Do what the directions tell you to do. When you open it, let it sit flat for at least 48 HOURS! Do not try it out or it will warp it. We let ours sit for 72 hours just in case. All in all, I have zero regret for spending $300 on this. It was definitely worth every penny! On a side note, we had bought the twin-sized version of this one for our son's loft bed and he loves his. It is a medium firm.
