[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is pretty hefty. It weighs about 90 pounds. It took two people to end over end it up the stairs. Once you get it out of the box don't unroll it from the outer plastic until you have it in place where you want it to go. Once I had it on top of my queen box springs which was on top of a platform i started to unroll the outer plastic. I could here it already hissing a little, so that meant it was starting to expand. It stated on the handbook that it would take 24 to 48 hours to fully inflate. It had fully inflated less than 24 hours to me. I would use a box springs or platform not both. I am using both and it is so high. Since the mattress is 12 inches, the box spring is almost that and the platform is about 1 and a half to 2 feet of the ground. The puts the mattress at my stomach and i'm 5'4. The Member's mark Hotel premier collection mattress is really comfortable. It forms to my body in about 5 mins of laying on it. If i turn over it re forms to my body. I really enjoy the cooling effects on my body from the mattress. I am a hot natured person and this bed kept me cool all night. It feels like you are sleeping on clouds. I would love to try this out in a king size bed as well. I really slept well on this mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying, this box was really heavy. Unpacking the mattress is a 2-person job but it is so worth it! Sleeping on this is like sleeping on a giant marshmallow from heaven. And unlike foam toppers I have had in the past, the softness does not make me hot and sweaty. My existing sheets fit fine and I wake up happy and well rested!

This mattress is incredibly comfortable lol and an excellent value. It feels so cozy and luxurious. My first night on this mattress was the best sleep of my life. I’m impressed with the quality of this mattress and I would recommend it to anyone. I’m glad I didn’t purchase an overpriced mattress from a furniture store or mattress store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm always curious about the quality of sleep I will get when I'm staying in a hotel, as it seems all of the mattresses are completely different. I wish every hotel had this mattress, though. It's comfortable, it's right in the middle-of-the-road as far as softness/firmness is concerned, it doesn't get too hot, nor do you freeze to death while sleeping. I'm very impressed with the quality and I look forward to getting many a good night's sleep on this mattress. My only potential concern is the longevity, but that's something we'll just have to find out in the long-term. If you're looking for something that is of good quality, comfortable, and not tailored to a very specific type of person, then I'd definitely recommend giving this mattress a try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My teenage son has been sleeping on this for about two weeks and he is really enjoying it. When it came in a box and shrink wrapped my first impression was, no way! All we did was cut open the plastic and lay it on the bed. Within 24 hours the bed seemed to be completely fluffed out. This isn't a super thick mattress but it is thick enough. I was able to put regular queen bedding and it all fit just fine. I wouldn't say it was a cool or a warm bed. It seemed to be just right. Highly recommended and happy to have it!

The mattress comes compressed in a box and it's very easy to assemble, just follow this three steps, unroll, remove the plastic then put it on the bed frame and in few minutes it will be completely unfold, it was something magical. I like a lot of the features, the soothing cool breathability makes this product layer be more fresh. This mattress design delivers comfort and relieves back pain, i personally recommend because my body aches and difficulty to sleep disappeared from the first day i start using it. The texture is soft and the material quality and touch is pretty good. It results in a good nights sleep, ideal for anyone. The upper layer is firm but very gently to our body. It completely change my type of living by giving me the support and comfort i was wishing. This mattress gives me happy and pleasant mornings, it basically the best sleeping aid.

It's so soft feels like I'm on clouds. No more shifting also from your significant other. You cant even tell if there a wigley sleeper. My sleep has improved so much. That is completely gone with this mattress! I love that it has a cooling effect to it as well. No more waking up sweaty! It is all around amazing and I love it! Its 12 inches deep and queen size so it was just what my wife and I needed to finally get our four year old out of our bed. Though I usually prefer a firm bed this one completely surprised me. It's the perfect amount of room for two full size adults. We just completely redid our room so we needed something smaller compared to the king that we originally had and this was right up our alley. The bed comes to you in a bag and so we were a little sceptic opening it but it completely surprised us how comfortable it was. The bed is made of a very soft fabric that isn't itchy like some. All in all this bed is perfect from the thickness to the size and also that super soft fabric that its made of that makes you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud.

We used it as a platform meaning no box spring and it has does fine. The padding on it is thick enough so that you dont feel like you are sleeping on a hard rock. The setup is really easy. It comes vacuum sealed so just cut plastic off and let it open up for a couple hours. My son has been using it for about a month and honestly Ive noticed his sleep patterns are alot better. According to his sleep tracker he is getting better quality sleep. He also doesnt wake up soaked in sweat so the cooling part of it is definitely helping!
