I got this for my 3 year old son to replace his air mattress at Grandma's. He loves it and has from day one. It's extreamely easy to set up and break down that even He can do it. He has enjoyed sleeping on it and even sleeps later then he use to with it. Totally a wonderful deal. My husband and I are even thinking about getting two more for home for him and his baby brother so they can camp out in the living room back home

I have had one of these for 3.5 years now. Been perfect for out of town travel to replace a pack n play. However, over time it has lost its spring and is almost on the floor. Not that big of a deal considering it's age and medium use over the years. I now have 2 kids so I decided to go ahead and purchase 2 of these for a trip. When I received them they looked similar but they were built completely different, same brand ordered the same day. Same box but differently built. One would not even unfold all the way. As I was in a bind, I took it with us and was going to let our youngest sleep on it, well it just folded up on her. Oldest got on it and it broke. Other one was fine no issues at all. So I ordered a new one for our trip in 2 weeks. Hoping it's the good one as They aren't sold in stores. If not I will try again. It's worth the money if you get the right one. Just order in advance in case you get the bad one.

3yr old doesnt fit in a pack-n-play and needed a place for napping while at grandmother's house during the day. Problem: other grandchildren visit frequently and we didn't want something heavy/obtrusive, like furniture. This is the perfect solution for us. I can fold it up with hardly any effort, seriously, and it is surdy and solid even though there are no hooks/latches (an important feature). Not too heavy, I brought it with me to the beach in my beach bag for a nap too. My daughter loves it and prefers it for her naps now, so we will be getting another one for home (which will be easier for us, there are so inexpensive, why not buy 2!) Definitely will reccomend to others, my mother wants one for her house now too for sleep-overs with the grandkids. Can't say enough good things!

I bought this cot to take with us on vacation in a month. My daughter is 22 months and a port a crib is too small but air mattress was too big. She is tall for her age. We let her try the cot when it arrived and she climbed right onto it. I worried about the middle sticking up like some have said but I did not see this problem. It barely pops up in the middle. I may put a blanket down for added padding but only because we will be gone for a week and I want my daughter comfortable. For the price I do believe the cot is great. Doesn't seem fragile and once pulled from its bag it pops right open easily. I tested the legs and bars by pulling and pushing on them and nothing broke off. My daughter and her 4 year old cousin sat on it together and seemed fine. My four year old niece could even lay across it but she is a little short for her age. Of course that was stretched out fully and while sleeping most kids curl up a little. Also my crib sheets fit on it nicely which was a plus since it only comes with one sheet that isn't as soft as I like.

I bought 2 cots for my in-home daycare and I love them. The children that use them say they are very comfortable and are happy to use them. I love that they can be set up and taken down quickly and easily. I would recommend these cots to anyone with small children. One of the best investments I have made for my daycare.

The cover over the cot isn't great, so we just got rid of it. We put a blanket over the cot for our son to lay on top of, then a blanket over him to cover him while he sleeps. It's a perfect size to throw in the trunk for vacation. It easily folds up, it easily unfolds. It wipes off fairly easily, but leaves a bit of a water stain. Overall we love this cot, and are ordering a pink version for our daughter for vacation this year!

I purchase two of these for my kids for when we travel out of town. Upon opening it I already noticed several things wrong with the cot. 1. The cot doesn't lock down. 2. The center supports cause an awkward stiffness. 3. The fitted sheet that came with the cot is poorly made. 4. The travel cot didn't come with the travel bag. I had to sew new covers that haa padding and securing flaps to fix the problem.

We bought this for our 2 year old daughter for when we travel, or when she stays the night at her grandparents house. She is in a toddler bed at home, so we didn't want to stick her in a pack-n-play when she stayed some where else. She loves it! My nephew is 3 and he takes naps on it when I watch him during the day. There is a tight stitching in the middle that my 7 year old niece said she could feel, but when she scooted down, she said it was fine. I figure by the time the little ones are big enough to feel that or for it to be uncomfortable, they will be big enough for a real bed anyways.

I'm a big reader of reviews, I find you can never trust the star rating especially since people sometimes rate things they don't own "5 stars - this looks really cute!", or give things 1 star because they can't read the description. I already owned one of these and was contemplating buying one for my daughter. Our existing one has the strap in the center, and manufacture date of OCT-2010. After reading the reviews, I was confused because some state "the older one was better" and visa versa, so I wasn't sure which was the newer model, but decided to risk it and buy a second one. I picked up a second one at my local Walmart in blue, and was happy to see that the strap has been REMOVED in the newer models, this particular one had a manufacture date of SEP-2012. We then ordered another one in pink for my daughter. Happily when it arrived at the store, it also had a 2012 date, and was of the newer design. If you purchase one and it has the strap across the center, return it and see if you can exchange it for a newer one. (Walmart was happy to return my older blue one for me.) The manufacture date is on a sticker on the outside of the box. So to clarify, the company has updated this product and improved upon it. No more annoying middle strap. ----------- After having purchased three of these in total, I have to say my kids (2 & 3) LOVE them. We purchased a Foam Mattress Topper in a Full, cut it in half, and put it under the fitted sheet for extra comfort. Well worth the $11 it cost at Walmart. The kids nap on them, relax and watch TV on them, even stopped hopping into bed with us at night, and instead will sleep on these in our bedroom. They refuse to let me put them away. We're headed on a 20 hour car trip next month and have differing accommodations, so these cots will work perfectly for the cabin, house, and hotel room. This is an excellent purchase, and it's a great value for the money. I am so glad I risked buying a second (and third) one to find that the design has been modified.

I purchased two of these cots for my kids. My son is still a bit young to use his but my 4-year old daughter loves hers. We have used it camping, staying the night at grandma's, and just a fun alternative to her bed on occasion. She seems to find it quite comfortable and it folds up and packs easily. She does roll off of it semi-frequently but it's very low to the ground so she typically doesn't even wake up when she has rolled to the floor.
