I bought 2 of these for camping. One was stamped May 2011 and the other Oct 2011. I ened up returning the one made in May because it had the webbing that ran across the middle and made it impossible to lay on the cot. The one made in Oct didn't have the webbing strap. Will be watching for another made in Oct or later. The one I kept looks great and the kids laid on it while watching a movie. Easy to fold up and will make camping easier since there isn't room for 2 air matresses in our tent and they can't seem to share 1.

Love it! We have our grandson at least 4 nights a week and do not want him sleeping at the other end of the house so he is in our room next to us but in his own bed! He loves it!!! Folds up during the day so we can get around in our little bedroom and opens right back up night for him to sleep on.

I have owned these cots previously. The two new ones I received are much lighter in weight, meaning they are a lot flimsier than the ones I already have. The brand is the same, they look the same, but they are not the same. I use them in my daycare and I don't think they will hold up as well as the other three that I have. I guess that is why they were only $20, compared to over $30 for the previous ones.

This could be a great cot except for the support strap in the middle!! It makes the middle of the cot stiff and much higher than the rest of it, which means your child's hiney is up in the air and in an uncomfortable position. We also have the older Regalo Travel Bed in blue... the old style of it was fine and not so high-up in the middle... but when we ordered a replacement cot because one of the rivets popped off and couldn't be fixed, we received the newer style with the same problem. I am a seamstress and used a Seam Ripper to pull out the stitches holding the support strap on, then cut it off at the ends, making it useable for my daughter. Otherwise she wouldn't sleep on it because it was like having a hard bar under her back.

Unfortunately they put a bar in the middle of this cot.... so it's great for a two/three year old, but once they grow enough for their bottom to be in the middle of the cot, they hit the bar. Our daughter loved it until that happened which was about 9 months after we bought it. (she only weighed about 30 lbs.# I would have just splurged and bought something full size that we could have kept for yrs. and saved money in the long run. Really disappointed that anyone would put a metal bar in the middle of a cot. How could anyone sleep on that? #Notice the picture of the happily sleeping child is only mostly on 1/2 the cot.)

I had been using a pack and play for my granddaughter to sleep in before I ordered this. My granddaughter started climbing out of it and I was worried about her safety. My granddaughter was 22 months old when I purchased this and we have been using it for two months now. I love the fact that it is close to the floor in case she would fall out. I put a blanket next to it for added security. It folds up quickly and takes up very little space. It comes with a bag to put it in but since I watch her very often I just fold it up and put it in the corner until she needs it again. I chose the blue in case it will be used by more than one child. I would definitely purchase it again. It was very reasonably priced and when other people see it they ask where it came from so they can buy one. We love it.

We have two toddlers in the family. We bought this cot to use as they visit us. Both like it and use it frequently. We recently traveled and it was perfect for setting up in the hotel room. It is extremely easy to use, safe, and comfortable for the small child. Other members of the family plan to buy one. I highly recommend it!

Purchased this product after purchasing a "Kids AeroBed" because I felt that I didn't want my granddaughter to have to sleep on the airmattress on the floor because it would be too cold. This did the trick to raise the aerobed mattress off the floor. She loved it. She said it looked just like her bed at her house and slept very well in the combination. I'm sure she would have done very well with just the Regalo Travel Bed but I wanted her to have the extra support. Her mom and dad were very happy with this product and said they may consider purchasing one also, just to have for travel themselves. Very easy to open and close to store in handy travel bag. Excellent product.

I couldn't be happier with this bed! I bought it for my 2 year old when her bed had to be thrown away! Great price, and love that it cradles her. My only suggestion is putting a thick blanket underneath the slipcover to make it a little softer. But I have no bar or strap across the middle, so I was COMPLETELY happy!

Our boys (3 and 4) nap on cots at their daycare facility. So I bought 2 of these cots to take with us when we stay in hotels. We first used these last weekend on a one-night stay. The kids crawled right in and went right to sleep. Yea! I do agree with other reviewers that I will need to add some eggcrate type padding for comfort, but other then that, the cots are perfect.
