We bought this cot for my son a little over a year ago, and love it. We ended up buying another one for my younger son as well. It is low to the ground, so you don't have to worry if they roll off of the cot (only about 6" or so off the ground), comes with a "mattress pad" or cover that washes very well, and folds compact (think those collapsible camping chairs) and fits into a carry bag. We take this with us everywhere, and both of our boys love them. I would recommend this to anyone who travels with young children, and even for grandparents who have grandchildren spend the night-it's worth every little penny!

A great little Bed.

I have a one year old and a four year old. And they love their little beds. However the cot has no padding, so we used the little mats that you would get for kindergarden which works pretty good better if you use two mats. Easy to set up!!!!!! We and our kids love the cots.

great product

This bed has been a lifesaver for our family. All of the things the previous reviewers stated are true. I will add, however, that the frame will bend slightly under too much pressure. I put my weight on it one night when I leaned down to kiss my daughter, and as a result the frame gave way a bit. Not a huge problem, but something to watch out for. Also, just a suggestion, I purchased an inexpensive foam "egg crate" mattress topper and cut down to size to use along with this cot. It seemed to make it a little more comfy. I just roll the padding up and tie a string around it for travel.

Great buy!

Using this for our 2-year-old daughter to take when we travel. Started trying it out at home (every day at nap) and it's been great! She loves it and it seems comfortable (put a blanket under the sheet for extra padding). Folds up quickly and easily to keep in her room.

Just perfect!

We bought this cot for a 3 year old grandson for when he visits us. Exactly perfect! Sure it was not the bed he usually sleeps in, but, he quickly made this "his cot". The cot is easy to set up / take down and stores in its own bag. It is close to the floor should the child roll out of it during the night. It truly is "Just Perfect".

Great Cot!!!

We bought this for our 2 year old daughter for when we travel, or when she stays the night at her grandparents house. She is in a toddler bed at home, so we didn't want to stick her in a pack-n-play when she stayed some where else. She loves it! My nephew is 3 and he takes naps on it when I watch him during the day. There is a tight stitching in the middle that my 7 year old niece said she could feel, but when she scooted down, she said it was fine. I figure by the time the little ones are big enough to feel that or for it to be uncomfortable, they will be big enough for a real bed anyways.

So-so

Thought this would be ideal for my 2 1/2 yr old grandson when we babysit or he stays over, but he falls out all the time. Being that it is close to the ground, he doesn't even wake up most of the time, but he's just too wiggly for this narrow cot. But I like the portability and the thought was there. If your child or grandchild doesn't move much, then it might just work out fine for you.

Portable cot

I was looking for something that my son could sleep on while he is at the office with me. The cot is easy to open and close. It doesn't have any cushioning but he is only 23lbs and it's okay for now. I recommend using a bedsheet on top to minimize cleaning the blue fabric.

Life saver

With grandkids coming and no place for them to sleep this cot was a life saver. My granddaughter was thrilled to have a place of her own and it was low to the ground so she could get in and out easily. It made it a wonderful experience for her while visiting. When we left we folded it up for her next visit. Guess I get another one for her sister when they come to visit this summer - she'll be out of the portacrib at that time.

We have had this cot for over 1 year now and my daughter uses it all the time. We've used it for travel, for sleeping in the tent during the summer and she somtimes wants to use it instead of her bad at home. I do add a comforter for more comfort over the sheet for padding but she loves it and it's easy to use-she sets it up herself.
