Super Handy

We borrowed this cot from friends when going on a cruise in January. It was easy to pack, light and super helpful. We liked it so much that we bought one for ourselves. It has come in quite handy as it is a great way to have a little sleep when they are too big for a pack and play (or refuse to use one), but too little for a regular bed. Plus it folds down really nicely and takes up very little space. My only complaint is that the edges where it is sewn is starting to fray after only a few uses.

Handy, but should be larger

This is a very practical product for when my grandson sleeps over. It folds out easily and when I don't need it, it can be stored in a very small space. However, I really thought that it would be larger. The description says Portable Travel Bed - it should state "Portable TODDLER Bed. " He is four and will only fit on it for a short while. I got a child's sleeping bag to use with it, and the sleeping bag is too large.

Great and easy to carry.

This product is great for hotels stays, going to a friend's house or grandmom's. I use it when my grandson sleeps in my room. It's great for young kids who don't like to nap away from their parents, so I use it down stairs at nap time so I can continue doing what I need to do. The carrying bag is great just put in trunk and go. If you go on a picnic, it travels just like your picnic chair and the child don't have to lay on the grass if he/she is sleepy. I really love it.

Regalo My Cot

My granddaughter uses a cot a daycare. I wanted to find a similar one for her to use at home. I gave it to her on Xmas and it was an instant hit. She laid on it over and over and used it to feed her baby doll. The cot is of good quality and will also be used for when she visits grandma. I also bought one for the soon to be grandson. I'm so glad. If you're looking for a cot, I highly recommend this product. You won't be disappointed.

Just what I needed!

I bought this for our grandson to sleep on at Christmas when we had a houseful of people. It was so simple to open, took up a small amount of space in the room, and was plenty big for him (he's 3 years old). I added some soft layers of quilts, topped it off with a small sheet and he fell asleep right away. It is a snap to fold up and stores compactly in a bag which comes with the cot. It was just perfect for our needs.

Try it....

My daughter gets attached to people sleeping with her when we travel and then we have all types of problems when we go home so we needed a personal bed/cot for her for travel. I know one of the reviews talked about a bar across the middle of this cot and I was concerned about that at first. But when I bought it I saw that it was just a strap and my daughter doesn't seem to mind it. she loves to travel just so she can sleep on her pink bed. We like it a lot!

Great Value

Worked great for my 24lb 2 year old on our recent vacation. Put a blanket under the sheet for added comfort as recommended by others. Fit in my suitcase and light enough so my suitcase stayed under the airlines required 50lbs. Really great price and cheap shipping.

Easy to set up for short time visits.

My 20 month old grandaughter used this for naps and night time while she visited us for three days. It was easy to set up and then folded up fast for storage. My problem with this bed, is that it has a definite hump in the middle which I think will be a problem when she gets a little bit bigger. I put extra padding on the bed, but the hump is still there.

Bought 2 returned 1

I bought 2 of these for camping. One was stamped May 2011 and the other Oct 2011. I ened up returning the one made in May because it had the webbing that ran across the middle and made it impossible to lay on the cot. The one made in Oct didn't have the webbing strap. Will be watching for another made in Oct or later. The one I kept looks great and the kids laid on it while watching a movie. Easy to fold up and will make camping easier since there isn't room for 2 air matresses in our tent and they can't seem to share 1.

Don't expect high quality!

I looked at this cot online several times & read lots of reviews. I ran across one in stock while out of town at a Walmart store. I figured why not give it a shot. I bought it for my almost 3 yr old who is very small for her age. She's JUST getting into size 18 month pants, and weighs only 25-26 lbs. She did sleep on it when we visited family at the beach, and just last week for camping. It has a support strap sewn under the middle. The two sides sag a LOT, way too much. So imagine laying on a cot w/ a strap holding you up like a sling at your lower back. Needless to say she doesn't lay on it that way. She lays sideways with her bottom above the middle section. Soon she will outgrow it, but can then use it for a chair with a buddy of the same age then. I would say it's worth the money to use it as we are. It could certainly use some major improvements. Firstly, remove that stupid strap & put a nice support under the whole thing & pull the fabric tight. Perhaps just double the base fabric..it's sturdy and a double layer would be nice & supportive. I wish I could modify the one we have myself, but it would take more money than just buying a better one. So I say 2 stars. Poor design, great price, temporary use for the item.
