The picture looked as though there was a little padding but I paid for what I got. My 10 month old loves crawling in and out when staying with us (grandparents). It's not on the floor but not to high off the floor for our little crawler to hurt herself and it fits right next to my bed without taking up to much room.

I was a little worried because when I got the cot it was rather 'cheaply' made but for the cost I wasn't sure what else to expect. After setting it up I was worried about the 'hump' in the middle and how it sagged slightly on the left and right side. However, my son slept like a champ on it. He said he liked it. He is 2 year old. I could see it working for the next year but after that not sure since it is kind of small and not very quality with the tightness of the cot.

I brought this with the intent for my grandaughter (will be 4 in September) to use when she visits me but the first time we went to use it the snap broke in the middle so we had to return and exchange for another one. This was done with no problem. The size is great for a small child and she loves it. My biggest problem is that it needs for the latches to meet and hold it completely open. Because it doesn't stays stretched out completely it creates a small oval pocket on each side of the middle area and you have to fill it in with a pillow or something to make it even all the way across. Other than that it's a great item to have on hand for small children. I brought padding for it and that seemed to help but then the cover doesn't want to fit as well but it is still doable. All in all I would recommend it for casual use such as naps, watching tv or occasional sleep over.

This product idealistically was great!! It was easy to use. It comes assembled. It seemed as comfortable as it could be for a cot. I did put an oversized plush comforter on it for added comfort. Unfortunately, my 3 year old son broke it in about 3 days. He used it in school during naps. I was not there but apparently he was sitting on it and began to bounce. I cannot say if he was alone on it or if another child was sitting on it as well. He is 42 pounds and 42 inches tall. The bolts came loose. There is no way to re-assemble or re-glue them back either. I cannot seem to find another child's cot so I may have to re-purchase this item and hope for the best. I sent him to school with an adult's cot but the school won't allow him to use it because it's too high off the ground for their comfot level.

I purchased this for my 18 month old for a camping trip. I was nervous becasue there are no sides. He tosses and turns a lot in his sleep, but he seemed to stay relatively still while sleeping in it. It does surround him a little while he is laying in it. The center is slightly higher, but it didn't bother him at all. I am considering getting a second for my 5 yr old. It folds down to about the same dimensions as a small childs camp chair, so it takes up very little space for traveling.

This product makes a GREAT outdoor dog lounge. Heavy enough to resist windy days, low enough to the ground for dog access, large enough for more than one dog and a washable cover! The dogs like having it in the sunlight so they can dry off after a swim in their kiddie pool on a hot afternoon.

We haven't used it as of yet. However when we opened up the box my toddler couldn't wait to try it out. She got on it however it is a little big for her. She only fits in one section of the cot. However we hope to use it soon...will give better review then, hopefully. :) However it was a great price for the size of the cot. It is something she can definitely grow into and out of.

I bought this item because I was going out of town and my 2y/o is a little too large for a pack and play (I'm also not comfortable with her flipping in and out of it). So I wanted something that could be folded but is around the same size as her toddler bed and this was perfect! She absolutely loved it and she had absolutely no problem getting in and out. It's really sturdy and she slept well in it , never rolled out of it. The only problem she had was keeping her 1y/o little brother out of it. very compact and folded up smaller than the pack and play. Thinking of purchasing another one for my son before our next trip

I needed a place for my 2 1/2 year old grandson to sleep. He sleeps on a Toddler bed at home but when he visits me I only have "big" beds. He sleeps on a cot at daycare so I thought it might work. He loved it! It's great for travel also since it folds into a bag. Great purchase!

I love this product! It is quite durable for as lightweight as it is and for what it is meant for...sleep! My 2 1/2 year old is very skeptical of new things, but took right to it and slept all night it it. It looks so comfortable! I was worried that there might be a cross-bar in the middle that would be uncomfortable to lay on. The bar is scooped, so that even with her weight, she doesn't go anywhere near it when she's on the bed. I think she will outgrow it in height before we ever go near with weight limit, but I think it will definitely last us a few years at a minimum. It will certainly outlast any of the inflatable options out there. It's a great deal and I plan to buy a 2nd for my infant so that we have it available when she is ready for it. I only wish I could buy a 2nd sheet for it.
