Mold

I have purchased 5 bentgo boxes over the years and sad to see that mold grows on the top silicone cover. I've reached out to Bentgo and despite doing all of the recommended care that did not help my problem.

Spout does not stay closed

Just received our bottle today and the spout does not stay closed. Will close it, and not even 10 seconds later it flies right back open. Very disappointing for my toddler who was super looking forward to getting to use their new water bottle.

Hi Beelayla, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the issue you experienced with the spout of your Bentgo Kids Water Bottle not staying closed. To help with this, here’s a quick tip on how to properly close the straw for a leak-proof seal: How to Put Away the Straw – Use the tab to completely push the flip-up straw all the way down until it lies flat against the lid. This covers the silicone valve, helps prevent leaks, and keeps the straw clean when not in use. We’d really appreciate the chance to make things right. If you're open to it, please reach out to our customer support team at (714) 668-0300 or support@bentgo.com so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’re committed to ensuring you have a positive experience with Bentgo. We look forward to hearing from you and resolving any issues. Thank you, Jessica Bentgo Support

Amazing!

I bought this for my daughter last year and it’s held up the entire school year. We are going strong with another year on it. She loves all the different compartments in it and she thinks it’s a really fun lunch every single day!

Overall great product

Overall great product, food stays in compartments and doesn't spill into other compartments. The box locks tightly and keeps food fresh. I love that I can remove the tray and wash it separately. It is also visually pleasing

Great Customer Service

Was gifted a different version of the lunchbox for my daughter without a receipt and when asked if I could exchange for the right one, the customer service rep went above and beyond to make it right! Great lunchbox, durable and well made!

Wonderful product and customer service!

I highly recommend this product! Both my kids use these lunchboxes and they are so easy and convenient. One of the inserts dropped and sadly cracked but customer service sent us a replacement. Thank you!

Perfect for my kindergartener!

This was the perfect lunchbox for my little one starting school. Just the right size to fit in her lunch bag with a few extra snacks and the number of little compartments mean she could have appropriate portions and variety! Love the prints too!
