I have the sunbrella cushions on all of my other patio furniture that was purchased at Sam's and they all repel water well but the chaise cushions do not repel water in the same way. They absorb and hold water. If they are left out in the rain they will hold water for days. They are very wet even after a dew. I would not purchase these again.

I have to open the box but have no doubt they are great. I replaced an entire set of patio furniture this spring reason being with the pandemic we got brother and sister labs and the literally chewed through the entire back yard. I still have cushions that are like new from the first set of Maker’s Mark Sunbrella furniture we purchased over 6-7 8 years ago I can’t even remember, from Sams Club. That stuff was beautiful and of coarse the price nearly doubled but the last set was worth every cent. Sunbrella material has never faded torn stained. If your going for furniture top notch.

These are thick & comfy, we love them! Haven’t had them very long we will see how they hold up. But We’ve had lots of rain the past few days and so far they are holding up great! Even though we measured they do fit tightly on our lounge chairs but still a great fit!

These are my 2nd and 3rd set of chaise cushions from Sam’s. I bought green a few years ago. They last for years and hold their color and shape wonderfully. They are so much more comfortable than sitting in the chaise without them. The ties fit perfectly to the Sam’s chaise lounger. The problem with these cushions is that the hold water. For a ridiculous amount of time. It will release a torrent of water if you sit on the cushion a few days after a rain followed by a few days of sitting in direct sunlight. They are not waterproof or water resistant. They are sponges. Sponges that grow mold in the crevices at the seam.m I purchased them again because the price is great and I will spray with waterproofing agent in my garage with several coats before they ever see daylight. Fingers crossed. They would be a 5 otherwise.

I picked up on sale and I agree they are sponges for rain. Used a single can of scotch guard for the pair and it did the trick except for a small part at the foot which I must have missed. Fabric is a muted sage green, its sturdy, and padding is adequate (I will say firm which is what I prefer). Makes the sale lowes longers much nicer, and I expect several years out of them (I will put them up Nov-March here in DFW). Solid purchase for right at a hundy...

These are thicker than picture show. I would say about 2 inches at least. Nice fabric, I purchased the Sam’s Club patio storage box to store them in, because I live in Florida with afternoon showers. They are perfect for the wicker loungers. Very happy with purchase.

If you are looking for something that soaks up a ton of water and you can’t hose off to clean them, then this is the product for you. Not sure where they get off calling this “Sunbrella” material, because this must be the cheapest stuff they produce. Water soaks these things and takes days/weeks to dry, so don’t plan on cleaning them off before using them. Aside from them just looking nice, I’d give this less than a 1 Star. Terrible product and very disappointing considering sunbrella products typically repel water very well. Not sure why sams club backs this product still. Will be returning.

I bought these cushions in red the summer of 2025. It is now the spring of 2026. They haven't faded, the color is pretty, the cushion isn't too thick, and they are oversized. That said - THEY ARE HORRIBLE. They hold water and mold mildew grows in the cracks. I am considering returning them - but cannot find a suitable replacement. I've always bought Sunbrella for the quality and am so disappointed.

Soaks up a ton of water and takes days to dry off ,, not good quality even though if you take off and it might work , Ford hold color but it’s such a pain to take off and store every time

Unfortunately we are so disappointed in these. They hold water and they stain from the water they are holding. We’ve never experienced this is the past.
