Ordered it and sent to niece for her birthday ..she went to roadhouse and it had not been activated ..she had now way to pay at the time ..ruined her birthday

Do not purchase these gift cards from Sam's. Our card was hacked and neither Sam's Club nor Texas Roadhouse would help us. They both blamed a third party vender that also gave me the run around and said it wasn't their fault. So if you do purchase, know that there will be no help if it is hacked. Your money is just gone.

Everything was fine with the card itself. The top end of the card plastic paper was bent but nothing big. Nothing towards the card.

Ordering was so easy! They got here on day they were suppose to. Easy to use when ordering food! Will order more soon!
