Ordered 3 cards for gifts. When they tried to use them they were not activated. I did activate them. Please activate these cards immediately. How hard would it be to activate a card when it has already been paid for?????

When I went to purchase this on line it said 2 day shipping I thought good Ill get it 2 days before Christmas as it was going to be a gift and save me from having to go out in crowds Hmmmmm 2 days after Christmas it came NOT HAPPY

I would love all my gift cards that I order if they were activated but you see sometimes you people don’t activate them and don’t bother to tell me that you think it might be fraudulent

Ordered it and sent to niece for her birthday ..she went to roadhouse and it had not been activated ..she had now way to pay at the time ..ruined her birthday

Ordered two $50 gift cards and had them shipped as a Father's Day gift. My dad tried to use them today and neither card had been activated even though I was charged for them.

Ordering was so easy! They got here on day they were suppose to. Easy to use when ordering food! Will order more soon!

Everything was fine with the card itself. The top end of the card plastic paper was bent but nothing big. Nothing towards the card.

I tried to use the card and it was deemed invalid. This is the second time this has happened.

Just opened one in Huntsville and food is great!
