I prefer my tuna in oil, because it allows me to use less mayo. But the club always has tuna in the water mostly.

A multi product, a cold & hot pasta salad, fried tuna cakes, a meal filler. Taste good to eat as is.

I didn't notice that it was in oil I usually buy the tuna and water all right what I make out of it the oil didn't work very good. I always buy the tune in water.

This introduced me to the reality of Tuna and Chicken in OLIVE OIL!!!! But no one sells this. Everyone KNOWS vegetable oil is highly processed gunk. While extra-virgin olive Oil is as close to purity as you can get for a "vegetable oil." So replace you water chicken / tuna /w oil. Drain the water, pour over some good EVOO spanish, italian, or even greek into that mix of chicken or tuna and give it a go. Even better if you add parmigiano shavings or Romano shavings!

I was recently diagnosed with Alpha Gal Syndrome -- a tick bite induced allergy to red meat/ mammal products and byproducts. Tuna should be a safe option, but this particular brand caused a severe allergic reaction after I ate it. I know it says dolphin safe, but perhaps there was possible accidental contamination with a dolphin. Or possibly the vegetable broth or oil contained something derived from a mammal, or perhaps the tuna was sprayed with carrageenan before it was processed. Just some guesses on the cause, but I will definitely be giving the rest of the cans of tuna to my dogs and cats and will not be buying this particular brand again.

I was so glad to find tuna in oil. Taste is so much better. Yummy.
