Comfortable, but wish it had a few more positions. Pretty much like the seats in a movie theater. But be ready to be patient, it goes down slowly. Armrest pockets are nice to keep snacks in and fits my laptop great too.

Overall the chairs work great and look great! Very impressed with the price. The arm rests are crooked on both chairs and nothing I can do will straighten them.

Love it! Perfect chair for me! Waited for it to come on sale! Reading some of the reviews, but I did not have any problems with delivery or putting it together, etc. Very comfortable and my dog nails do not seem to be a problem on the faux leather. Got the gray color and it's perfect.

It made a scrubbing sound when chair legs was being lowered or raised, also we ended up giving it to our son because we didn't think it through. A video chair is just that and I really needed a chair with both arms to come down to the end and really didn't need a cup holder. That's on me though

I ordered the chair online for my sons room. I ordered the black color but when we received it and got it out of the box it was brown. It's a heavy chair so I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning. My son keeps his room kinda dark anyway so you can't really tell. If it would have been in a main room of the house I would have had them fix their mistake.

My husband has had back problems for several years and after surgery his back still hurt. He had a big mans chair and it had handle on the side to lead chair back. We looked at several places for a new chair and I saw this one at Sam's club. It was just a plain recliner but it has power buttons on inside of arm. he has had less back pain and easy to get in and out of. Love it

Absolutely been awesome - grabbed two of these and they are super comfortable to watch TV and relax in. They are fully powered so get the recline and head rest just perfect and you can charge your phone easily. Delivered quickly and very easy to set up. Definitely Recommend.

This is a good chair , we like them but the arms that raise up for the compartments lean off the chair some, other then that the chair is comfortable and reclines nicely, the back movement for the back and neck is great love that I can sit straight up or sit staight up and have my head lean back some. also Love the usb!
