Just assembled this set a day ago and it was the easiest set of outdoor furniture that I have assembled over many years. The connection points were all in alignment, along with the bolt holes and the directions were extremely easy to follow. I treated the teak wood pieces with teak oil prior to assembly and this morning I see the water from the overnight rain showers is beading off the surface. The seat cushions are firm but comfortable. The only item I would recommend improvement on is packing of the heavier pieces. Adding paper filler to the empty spaces in the boxes for the heavier pieces would help prevent damage during shipment. When I received the boxes the largest and heaviest box had a few holes and I could see wood showing through in areas. One small section of the exposed furniture was dented in a few spots.

I purchased this 5-pc set along with the 5 pc dining set and absolutely love this teak furniture. It was easy to assemble and looks fantastic on my deck. It was the best quality for the best price. Ordered buffet from manufacturer's website to add to this beautiful collection. I would highly recommend.

Just received my 5 piece teak set this week. We went to build it and it was one of the easier furniture sets to build. By myself, it took under and hour to assemble. Fit and finish appears to be very nice. There are detail directions on how to maintain the wood or what to expect if you do not, so we went ahead and ordered some teak oil so we can protect our investment. Compared to other sets we saw at a local furniture store, the price was very low in comparison to the quality of the product. We ran into an issue during installation and one of the pieces (side table) leg's split during the installation of the wood dowels that cover the screws, but their customer service team (Jane) was incredibly helpful and already getting this taken care of for me. I would highly recommend this and will update the review at a later date, once we've owned it for a while.

I received the order and was very impressed with the quality.I was made better than the sets that I had looked at locally that cost $6000.00. I was shot a back cushion when it arrived, I called the manufacture and they apologized and sent one to me the next day.

I had to dock at least 2 points because the zippers are not long enough to remove the cushions for washing. Very very expensive to replace the cushions, but they are just not washable because you will never get them apart and back together again! It is built very well, does require lite sanding and teak oil every year to stay looking good.

This set is so much nicer than the sets we've seen out in stores (and for the same price). We purchased the beige set as soon as it came back in stock (it was only in stock for 2 days before it went out of stock again). If you are sitting on the fence I would say go for it. Furniture arrived completely undamaged and all hardware was included (even some extras). Assembly was easy took 2 of us about 1 hour. Bottom cushions are thick and firm but comfortable. They have a very similar feel as memory foam.

This was delivered today and it arrived in 3 boxes on a pallet - it looked overwhelming. However it took me about 2 hours alone and another half hour with a helper to assemble it myself . Directions were simple, they gave me one extra screw , hole cover etc for each piece. Cushions seem comfortable and furniture sturdy . Beautiful on my Lanai. I’m glad I waited for Sams Club to get more of these in stock .
