Very satisfied with this patio set. Easy assembly whole set took about three hours. I would recommend coating with teak oil before assembly has I did.

This is a beautiful addition to our lanai. We were concerned when the package arrived with one of the boxes torn. It was missing assembly parts for the coffee table but a quick email to customer service for the manufacturer and we quickly had replacement parts.

I purchased this 5-pc set along with the 5 pc dining set and absolutely love this teak furniture. It was easy to assemble and looks fantastic on my deck. It was the best quality for the best price. Ordered buffet from manufacturer's website to add to this beautiful collection. I would highly recommend.

This set is so much nicer than the sets we've seen out in stores (and for the same price). We purchased the beige set as soon as it came back in stock (it was only in stock for 2 days before it went out of stock again). If you are sitting on the fence I would say go for it. Furniture arrived completely undamaged and all hardware was included (even some extras). Assembly was easy took 2 of us about 1 hour. Bottom cushions are thick and firm but comfortable. They have a very similar feel as memory foam.

We bought this for our new screen room and love it. The shippers were very helpful and friendly. The directions were clear and I was able to put it together by myself. We love the calm and peaceful style. It is very comfortable for the short and tall people in our family.

Just assembled this set a day ago and it was the easiest set of outdoor furniture that I have assembled over many years. The connection points were all in alignment, along with the bolt holes and the directions were extremely easy to follow. I treated the teak wood pieces with teak oil prior to assembly and this morning I see the water from the overnight rain showers is beading off the surface. The seat cushions are firm but comfortable. The only item I would recommend improvement on is packing of the heavier pieces. Adding paper filler to the empty spaces in the boxes for the heavier pieces would help prevent damage during shipment. When I received the boxes the largest and heaviest box had a few holes and I could see wood showing through in areas. One small section of the exposed furniture was dented in a few spots.

The patio furniture is absolutely beautiful. It adds character to our backyard. We did use teak polish to bring out the color of the wood. The only problem we have had with this set is the small pegs that go over the screw holes. When my husband was tapping them into the holes, the wood started to crack, so we decided not to use them. The cushions are very hard to sit on and we are hoping that over time they will often up. The cushion covers are made of polyester, and they’re okay. Overall, the set is worth the money ,we love it, along with the many compliments that we received.

Very high quality teak sofa, chairs and tables. Nice big comfortable cushions - not those skinny cushions you see in so many other sets. Took about 2 hours to assemble everything with one person, directions easy to follow. In short, high quality, easy to assemble, looks great and very comfortable.

I had to dock at least 2 points because the zippers are not long enough to remove the cushions for washing. Very very expensive to replace the cushions, but they are just not washable because you will never get them apart and back together again! It is built very well, does require lite sanding and teak oil every year to stay looking good.

overall a good experience. eye catching set. very comfortable. everything you could ask for in a patio set. You need to call the delivery service and make an appointment once you get their email. Do not use the tracking number Sam's Club gives you. Initial sign on should be by phone number & zip code. the delivery service honored their delivery commitment and was on time. Something not seen that often these days.
