If you want to know what eating a sponge feels like then this is the keto bread for you. It is cut close to the thickness of Texas toast which is really over kill. It's sponge like and really chewy. I mean it may not be so bad if the slices were cut thinner maybe but it is honestly a lot to chew through. I keep accidentally mixing it up with another keto bread I order on here so maybe me reviewing it will remind me to stop accidentally purchasing it and being stuck eating sponges

Appears nice smells good.1 net carb is nice but for a "soft" bread...yes and no. When you bite the sandwich the bread compresses sticks to itself and reminds me of biting a stick of gum. doesn't taste as good as it smells. I usually buy the Arnold keto bread. it's the best I've found so far for white bread, especially toasted.

This is our go to bread for the family. My husband follows a keto diet for health reasons, and my daughter likes to watch her carbs. They find it great toasted and with butter. We use it for eggs and toast for breakfast, sandwiches for lunch. I agree with some of the other reviews in that comparing it against regular bread it’s not a fair judgment. But in our experience, comparing this spread with other types of keto bread, this is a keeper. Never had the problems with mold some of the other reviewers have mentioned, but on that note, healthy food is supposed to mold. It’s a huge problem if you’ve had any food item for a long time and it hasn’t grown mold. In my opinion, the people complaining about short shelf lives are the ones contributing to the problem where our FDA is allowing so many preservatives and harmful ingredients to be added to our food. Food is not supposed to last forever in your pantry.

I have tried almost every Keto bread in the book, and this one tastes the best by far! I love their bread, hamburger buns, hot dog buns! The only thing I don’t like is that if you don’t eat it all fast enough then within a couple of days (before the expiration date) the bread will start to mold.

I’ve tried pretty much every band of keto bread my Walmart carries and this one is the worst. This stuff is just nasty. It looks and feels like it’s going to be incredible, but the taste is the main issue. It’s got a very offputting fibrous flavor. Also, the crust feels soft but it very tough to chew through.

One of the things I missed most on Keto Diet was grilled cheese sandwiches! I saw other brands of Keto Bread that I never tried, but as someone who formerly used Nature's Own Bread, I was VERY excited when they came out with their Keto Bread! I use it regularly, and I am able to enjoy grilled cheese sandwiches, again!

Oh my goodness this is the most disgustingly dry and spongey bread I’ve ever tried. I made toast with it at first and felt like I was biting into some compressed saw dust. I thought I could redeem it by making French toast with it. Nope. It felt like I was biting into a wet kitchen sponge but with less flavor. 0/10

This bread is great for those on Keto. With 6 grams protein and lots of fiber. But, now they are not allowing the dough to set like they used to. Now I find large holes in the bread due to air pockets. Of the last 4 loaves all 4 have large holes which is pretty unacceptable. Guess it is time to find a new keto bread

The item says best til May 17 but after 1 day we noticed mold on the bread
