Scope

The product itself is a 5 star. It’s the only brand and flavor that we will purchase. 
The 2 star comes from the shipping policy changes Sam’s enrolled for Plus memberships the day after purchasing. 
Now you MUST spend $50 to receive free shipping, where as before there was $0 minimum. I understand raising it to cover shipping costs but does anybody sitting behind a desk realize that your shipping minimum to your PAYING members is higher than the general public buying the same product through your Walmart.com. Which is $35. Which is what your competition AMAZON is charging. 
So what perks are we getting by paying to be a PLUS member?
Obviously not shipping!

Great product/ not so on shipping changes

Each evening AFTER I clean my teeth this mouthwash finds multiple food particles that the brushing missed.
