Better quality than the similar product carried by the other warehouse club in town (name rhymes with Kostko), it isn't greasy when melted. But I am deducting one star because I don’t like the packaging: Not easily resealed if you don’t use all 5 pounds at once!

Quantity and quality of the cheese is good. Packaging needs improvement. Please make the bag with a zip lock closure. The piece of adhesive tape provided is useless. Especially on a moist exterior (Humidity). Multiple openings render the tape and the adhesive usefulness non existent. There is no seal to keep the bag closed for freshness.

Very good Mexican-Style mix that my family uses on most everything that we use cheese on. It’s excellent to keep this and small flour tortillas on hand so my children can use it to make themselves cheese roll ups for their afternoon snack when they get home from school. We’ve been buying and using it for many years now because, well, cheese. We use a lot of it, because cheese goes great on almost everything! This isn’t like Walmart’s “taco cheese”. No spices are added, it’s just a blend of different cheeses.

To call cheese cheezy is not cheezy! This cheese blend quite tasty! Easy to use & melts nicely. Typically we break it down into about 5 quart size freezer bag & freeze all but one. We usually use it up within the month but it keeps well in the freezer for about 3 months! Thaws fairly easily or some can be shaved apart with a sharp knife & used immediately. I have tried many brands & for the price, this one rates very high on the scale!

Great finely shredded cheese blend. We break down the big bag into smaller resealable bags and toss them in the freezer. They only take a short time to thaw out so you have cheese when you need it. Great for tacos, nachos, and other Mexican dishes along with anything like casseroles that you sprinkle cheese in or on top

We had a taco bar for my daughter's bday and thought we would get this for the party. After a few hundred tacos, we still had some left. You never really realize how much 5 lbs of cheese is until you see this giant bag and its so much cheaper than buying the grocery chain bags.

I like this blend of four cheese, because it makes it versatile for use in different meals. The thin shredding makes it easy to quickly melt in omelettes. I divide the large bag of cheese into quart size ziplock bags and put them in the freezer for future use. I have had these keep for years in my deep freeze. Just take them out to thaw in the fridge when needed.
