I love this bacon. It's nice and easy to prepare. But the slices have definitely been getting thinner and thinner, to the point that a lot of them are broken up or Easley break in pieces. Sometimes they're more like large bacon bits. I'm sure this is being done to keep the the count at 72 without raising the price. But the qualitythickness used to be much better. Before the thickness reduction, I could do one layer with the microwave set for 75-80 seconds and it would turn out just right. Now it's sometimes blackens some at 50 seconds.

So disappointed...bought 3 packs last month...thought, oh surely just a bad batch....half raw,half burned....because it is less than paper thin! So,since is was my go to Bacon for years! No,Not anymore...bought 2 more packs at almost $20. each....so thin that it has no taste! First time I bought Regular Bacon in years...so much better and cheaper!!!! Not Hormel...but great bacon! Just cook it all at once and freeze flat....Microwave a few seconds! Plus you get the Bacon fat to cook with....and the biggie it is cheaper and taste like BACON!
