We divide the package into serving size applicable for just the two of us (10 slices), place into ziplock freezer bags, and freeze. We cook the bacon from frozen state, wrapped in paper towels, for twenty (20) seconds, blot, and then another twenty seconds. Fresh, crisp, tasty bacon in less than two minutes! Tasty Bacon, I only use this type of bacon, I throw it in the microwave and no longer have to fry a bunch of bacon. I put anywhere from 6-8 pieces on a paper plate, throw in the microwave for 40seconds and cover, take it out wrap it in a paper towel to get the grease off and we are ready to go, tasty bacon and less grease and cheaper.

Great taste. Easy to prepare. Crappy packaging. Be buying this for several years now and always loved it. The packaging has a zipper closure on it and until the beginning of 2024 has always been good. But the past several packs I've bought the zipper tears away from one side of the bag making it useless. But the bacon is still good. You just have to take extra measures to make sure you close it to keep it fresh.

Always good but they were really stuck together this time and not fully pre-cooked enough. That made them stick and break apart while separating the strips. Also, because they were undercooked to begin with, they cooked unevenly. Still, once done, the flavor was good!

For a precooked bacon this is actually very good. If you like bacon and want access to it daily for a quick fix breakfast you will enjoy this. It cooks quickly and tastes great! The strips are thin but they are evenly cooked between chewy and crispy.
