I use this to make a salmon dip with Laughing cow cheese I have used all flavors of the Laughing cow. You put everything in the frying pan liquid from the can too that will help melt the cheese salt pepper any seasoning you want for your taste.

The cans say 7 ounce net weight but almost 40% of that is water. The actual weight of the salmon is only 4.4 ounces. Do the math. This is delicious salmon but not worth $10 a pound.

Packed poorly and dented the cans because there was no packing between them. 6 cans dented so bad we had to use them quickly. Instead of 3 months gone in. Week so the salmon didn’t go bad

It was recommended that you eat canned salmon or tuna with bones and skin for calcium etc. All of a sudden all the canned meats are boneless and skinless. What gives?

This is just wonderful~~~ However, the cans are very hard to open and they are relatively small. I use this for everything!!! Our fav is salmon salad (instead of tuna) and salmon patties. I've tried them all and this is the best. REASON for 4 stars: This is NOT in stock now at my Club in Hickory, NC.

I have no idea how they make this stuff. It seems as if a human carefully selects scraps of perfectly cooked salmon fillets with tender fleshy flakes, and carefully places them in the can. I normally mix it with cottage cheese for a super-healthy treat. On a couple of occasions, it looked so good out of the can that I couldn't bring myself to mash it up, and chose to eat it directly with a fork. If you like salmon at all, you will love this stuff, so try it soon! I'm concerned that it may be discontinued, as it is getting hard to find in stores.

I was a bit disappointed when I saw how small the cans are (bigger than a tuna can, but not much) since I thought it was a little too expensive, but then I tried it. It's wonderful. Not dry at all, no bones, no skin, big flaky pieces of salmon with no overly fishy taste or smell. Just clean and tasty. This can be eaten straight out of the can it's so good. I'll keep buying this. Might even replace my tuna with it.

Large chunks of moist fish with a really good mild flavor. Love it on salads or brown rice. I was really glad I had it during the recent polar vortex. All I had to do was pop the lid (no can opener needed), and eat it out of the can along with Triscuits, grape tomatos or bell pepper strips and fruit for a tasty, nutritious no-cook meal.

I don't care for the salmon with the skin and bones. I know there are some health benefits, but I just prefer something different! This is great for my recipes!!! Salmon Pasta Salad Salmon Burgers/Patties Salmon Rice Salad Salmon Tacos Salmon Nachos etc... with a great taste!

My favorite way to use this is salmon patties. Great for tasty healthy lunch.
