I use this product to make Salmon balls and it does not fail. It does not taste canned or iron-y. And it flakes well.

We love the salmon. They quit carrying at Sams. We ordered it on line but will never do it again because the shipping made it very expensive salmon.

I love the value of this Salmon. The only thing that would make it better is if it was in oil instead of water. The can size is perfect.
