Got this for my daughter to keep her lunch and snacks separate for preschool. It's easy for her to open and close and she loves that her food isn't all touching (she's a little picky). As the time has gone by the silicone part of the cover has some mold in it and I don't feel comfortable putting food in it. I tried different cleaning methods and was just told vinegar is best. I will definitely do that with the next one. Oh and their customer service is top notch, very kind and helpful!

We have used our Bentgo box every day this year. It has stood up to lots of use and saved us many a plastic baggie! We are experiencing a minor issue with it currently but have had a good experience with their customer service team that has been very responsive. We hope to use these boxes for years to come!

We bought this a couple months ago when our son started preschool and he has been loving his Bentgo Box ever since. He gets so excited about lunch and eating with his friends at school (where most of his friends actually have the same lunch box) It's totally a hit and we can see him using it for so many years to come! These cases and lunchboxes are one of a kind. Like many reviewers before have said their customer service is excellent. They are replacing my latch as a courtesy to one I bought second hand. If you’re buying new, to make just enough for free shipping on their website I’d purchase a regular bentgo lunch box plus an extra tray insert with its own clear cover. I bought two sets for two of my kids. Very happy with the purchases! Thanks for taking care of us bentgo!

My kids (5 and 3) have been using Bentgo kids lunchboxes for the last 2 years and they're absolutely perfect! Super helpful to have spots for all their different things without having them touch :) I emailed customer service about a broken latch and they're quick to respond and able to replace the broken box under warranty. I've already recommended these to other parents and will continue to do so!

I recieved the purple Bentgo Brights lunch box from my cousin as a gift for my at the time upcoming Kindergartener. I absolutely loved the box and so did my girl, however we somehow got a crack in the insert. I contacted customer service and they are sending me a replacement. What speaks volumes about a company is not only that they stand behind their products, but how courteous they were during the process. I am a lifelong customer, and have bought other products. Don't waste your money with cheap substitutes. You get what you pay for!

The Bentgo is perfect to provide a variety of different foods for the kids to eat, and it is presented in such a fun way, the kids seem to eat more. The purple is a very nice shade. So far have had no problems with leaks.

We have been proud owners of two kids bentgo lunchboxes for quite some time! My daughter had outgrown the kids version and this bentgo fresh lunchbox is the now the perfect size for her as she requires bigger portions for lunch. I reached out and asked for replacements for our 2 bentgo boxes and they have deformed and no longer close. In order to receive replacements, I was told to send pictures, then told to send the product code, and now told I must leave a review. I was quite happy with them before, and had even planned to buy 2 more, but after this process, I am not sure about that.
