I bought this in August and my son has loved having picnics and lunches out of it!! The seal is what really makes it special. Due to my own error I needed a replacement and bentgo’s customer service was prompt and easy to work with!!! Recommend both the product and the company!!!

I finally replaced our first set of Bentgo boxes over the summer - our last ones survived more than 3 years with preschool boys in an outdoor school. I was shocked that they lasted as long as they did, we had alternate lunch boxes one year that didn’t even survive the full year. I’ll be sticking with these for the rest of my kids childhood, for sure.

We LOVE our Bentgo boxes (I have purchased 3, one for each of my kids over the last few years). It is a great product! I thought I would reach out to customer support about an issue with one of our latches recently. About a year ago one of the latches broke on my daughter’s and we’ve been limping it along with a rubber band for awhile. It is to a point where it will no longer stay closed and makes a mess in her lunchbox sleeve. I love the portion sizes of this product, but I didn’t want to buy an entire new version, so they offered to replace it!!! Such an awesome company and outstanding customer service. I especially feel good knowing we are not producing waste by replacing all those plastic lunch bags with a high quality product that LASTS.

I can't recommend the Bentgo Kids lunch box enough! Not only are the prints adorable and the colors vibrant, but every compartment is so well-designed and appealing to kids. My grandson loves the Bentgo box we got him for school. It's perfect for his lunches and enables him to take a variety of foods each day in a sealed container. Unfortunately, the gasket that seals each section became black, as a result of mold or mildew. The company was wonderful and offered to send me a replacement! I bought a three pack of the Bentgo kid boxes at the beginning of the school year in September, it is now mid-October and two of them have small mold spots despite being hand washed on the daily. I would suggest that anybody who buys these takes extra precautions like weekly bleach soaks, scrubbing off the rubber seals, etc. because hand washing with soap and water isn’t enough. My kids love them though so we will push through and continue to make them work.

I can not say enough great things about this lunch box! I bought the Monster Truck lunch box for my almost 2 year old. So great for throwing a quick lunch together for the park, zoo, or any other outing! I don’t have to worry about putting a barrier down on the table…my little guy just eats right from the lunch box. We bought two of these purple lunch boxes for our preschooler, since her school does not provide lunch. We follow the cleaning instructions diligently (insert goes in the dishwasher, outer box is hand-washed as soon as it arrives home. Despite good care, the inside of the cover has developed black mold that we are unable to remove.

I’m loving the Bentgo fresh. I started getting them for myself to food prep, but then as my daughter got older and her food choices changed, it made more sense to use them for her as well. The Fresh doesn’t have any tiny spots or wasted space making it much easier to clean. It has a removable divider making it easier to add larger foods. We now use these for everyone in the family!
