We have 3 of these and absolutely love them! The larger compartment allows for sandwiches and then the space can be divided smaller for 4 spots instead of 3! We use this for my kindergartener and it's sturdy and spacious enough for daily lunch! Keeps food separate and in place and there aren't a bunch of little containers getting lost! Will definitely be buying more for our other kids when it's school lunch time for them!

We’ve been using this bento box for my son’s lunches for the past two years and have had no issues at all. He is now almost 5 and it’s still going strong with no leaks or wear and tear. It has ample space for his food. I enjoy the variety of compartments to separate his fruits from his savory foods and sauces. It also fits the little silicone dividers well. Definitely recommend for young kids! Although I may need to start parking additional snacks and foods since he’s been finishing everything in bentogo lately.

I have a few of these lunch boxes for my 2 young children. Not only do we use them for lunch but we take them while we travel as snack boxes on to go! We even take them out to eat and put the leftovers in to save on the plastic take away containers! They are just the right size for the portion sizes kids need. They also stand behind their products and how many companies do that now days? They are also aligned with community out reach. These are companies that I will continue to come back to. They think about the lifetime of their products and they are thinking about their contributions to community and the broader w.orld. I look forward to seeing if they move down the more sustainable materials route. Overall, great product and company.

I got the bentgo lunch box for my little one and he LOVES it. Sadly a latch broke off and I contacted the customer service to see if that issue would be covered in the product warranty. Not only was it covered, the customer service that I have received from Ria was prompt and GREAT. Definitely would be purchasing another one. I have never had such great customer service. Thank you sooo much.

My son loves his blue Bentgo lunchbox because it’s compact and keeps his food separated. Even when his lunch box moves while in transition, the food stays out! This is great for those picky eaters and for those who don’t want soggy food. The seal does seem to breakdown over time, even with washing. Some little mild spots appeared on the seal and, with thorough cleaning, the spots were still visible. I recommend rinsing and cleaning out the lunchbox as soon as your child brings it home. Overall, I’m pleased with the product.

I use this bento box to pack lunch for my five year old. The compartments are appropriately sized for my child’s portions. The seal works well - foods in various compartments remain separated and absolutely zero leaking. The latches are easy for my child to manage. I have three of them. Very satisfied with these Bentgo boxes and will not hesitate to buy more if the need arises.

Bought this to use for my kids and they enjoy the colors and use them every day for lunch. It's held up well over the year but it's hard to clean when mold builds up on the lining. Luckily that Bentgo has been great about providing solutions and possibly a replacement if the bleach/vinegar route doesn't work.

Our daughter is now 7 and has been using Bentgo Kids boxes since she was 3. We use the box literally every day for packing her school lunch during the week and snacks/lunch on weekends. She likes a variety of food in one sitting and this box is perfect with its different compartments that keep everything separate. It stores all food extremely well with the exception of red spaghetti sauce. We use a different container for that because the tomato seems to stain the inner seal of the Bentgo and it’s hard, near impossible to wash out. But tilt them sideways, jostle them around, these boxes never leak and each food remains in its compartment. The quality of the plastic is excellent, smooth to the touch. The rubber trim on the outside is great for holding the box in place on a table or when sitting with it on your lap. If there’s not enough space to eat with the top flipped open, you can just pop the food tray out. That having been said, she is now on her third box, soon to be fourth. So they do eventually need to be retired. And they are not the cheapest box on the market. But in my experience Bentgo honors their 2-year warranty, as long as you can provide documentation for the purchase and the problem. I was surprised to read that others unfortunately have not had the same smooth experience with this process. We had a latch break on one after 23 months and mildew develop along an inside compartment seal of another. The first was replaced even at 23 months, and the other is currently being replaced, so with the replacements maybe it would be more correct to say we are on our “second” box. My daughter’s father initially balked at the price. But between the box’s durability, ease of use, and Bentgo honoring their replacement policy, even he feels they are very worth the price and would recommend them. She may need a bigger box next year. When she does, I will definitely take be taking a close look at Bentgo’s other products and the reviews.

I bought these for school. I love the different compartment, but unfortunately they do leak. It states they are leak proof but every time I put something near liquid(applesauce, honey, etc) it leaks into my child’s lunchbox. I thought it was being spilled while eating so I tested both boxes myself before putting them in the lunchbox. Sure enough, the applesause leaked through the back latches. They are pretty sturdy but I am disappointed that they leak the way they do as my child likes different sauces and things with lunch. For the price they should totally be leakproof!
