We love these lunch boxes and have used them since our kids were little! My daughter lost the divider to her larger Bentgo box, and the customer service was so wonderful and is sending us TWO replacements. Highly recommend these boxes and this company!

I noticed an issue with the lunchbox and messaged customer support just for some help on how I could just fix the lunchbox without replacing it. I received a quick reply with some tips and tricks to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. However, I was pleasantly surprised to have been offered a free replacement, which would be received in just a few business days. The customer support staff really went above and beyond to resolve the issue! My son loves this lunchbox because it has fun compartments, a fun design, and it doesn’t spill! We bought our first Bentgo Kids lunchbox seven years ago and we still use it along with multiple others because this lunchbox is absolute gold. Its perfect for a full lunch when their little and as they grow it becomes their breakfast and snack box. This box is durable, leak proof and dishwasher safe. It is without a doubt one of the best things we have ever bought!

Both kids (6, 8 yo) use these daily for their lunches. It has made lunch preparation so much easier, especially when they come home empty. The kindergartner dropped her box and a snap popped off. She didn't realize it could pop back in and threw it away. Customer service replied in less than 24 hours and is mailing a replacement.

This lunch box is the best of all worlds - you get the compartments that the other Bentgo boxes offer, while still having the space to fit a full serving of whatever food you're including. I can put applesauce in one of the small compartments and a sandwich in the large, and confidently know the bread won't be soggy when my child opens it up 6 hours later. The clips feel sturdy, but are still easy for my 3.5 and 5 year old to open independently.

I love this lunch box for my pre schooler and first grader. The size is perfect and fits in their Herschel lunchbox as well as the other's Pottery barn lunchbox. The compartments are a good size for portions, it's very easy to open and close, and best of all it's so easy to clean and ACTUALLY get clean without having food caught in funky seams or anything!

I bought this lunchbox in August and we love it. Unfortunately after only 3 months of use the hinge broke and we are dealing with customer service on a replacement. Customer has been great and this little hiccup won’t stop me from recommending or purchasing more products in the future.
