The lunch box is very cute and my kindergarten loves that it gives her different little compartments for food. It is relatively leak proof ( I only put ketchup in the small little compartment and it did not leak). However a huge no go for me is, that it developed mold on the rubber insider the lid just after few weeks of use. It’s impossible to get out and after scrubbing it off, it keeps coming back and has a terrible smell to it.

We have this lunchbox with others in rotation for our toddler’s school meals. Love the compartments and how they are child-appropriate portions. The clips ended up breaking on it. The customer service was so amazing! We received a replacement in about 1 week. It’s hard to find a product that is backed by such a great guarantee and service department.

We purchased this box with high hopes and we got exactly what we were looking for in a lunchbox for our kiddo. It's a great size to allow an assortment of food and the adjustable divider makes that even easier. My only wish is that the adjustable divider was just a bit more difficult to remove, so that it doesn't get lost if the box gets tipped.

I bought two of these lunch boxes for my kids and they really love it specially the cute prints over it , the issue which I faced is that the rubber on the lid was wearing out on both the boxes and one of the clip became loose . Otherwise it’s really good and leak proof . I would buy it again. And also happy with a bentgo warranty. And excellent customer support.

We love the bento box and the Bento bag combination that they came up with. It’s very sturdy and I use this daily for my daughter lunch and it’s very convenient as we have bento bag with a separate space to slip the lunch box in. So easy to travel with and clean.We can pack so many different things and keeps food fresh all day. The beauty is having 5 different compartment to let my daughter have variety, and I love that it is dishwasher safe.

I bought this lunch box with the matching lunch bag for my son's 4th birthday as he is SO excited to start school this year. The parcel was successfully delivered to our porch; unfortunately when my husband and I got home from work it was nowhere to be found. I called customer service with little hope that they would be able to help with our lost/stolen package. With no hesitation, Michael told me he would make an exception and send another lunch box to me for no extra fees. I was beyond appreciative and thankful. This was my first time ordering from Bentgo.com and it will not be my last. Not only are the quality of their products one of the best, but their customer service over-exceeded my expectations. I love the Bentgo fresh for packing my sons lunch for daycare! The product quality is fabulous, easy to clean and easy to label. The divides compartments make it easy to plan my littles lunch and make sure I have a good assortment for him. The service from the Bentgo team is stupendous! Can’t recommend these products enough! We’ll definitely be looking at other products in their range for meal prep and mine and my husbands lunches.

I have 3 children that all use these lunch boxes daily. The compartment sizes are perfect for their snacks and sandwiches. Sometimes we would put pasta with sauce and we would never have any complaints that the sauce has spilled out into another section or out of the box.

Bought this for my 2 year old to bring her lunch to “school”. We love it. I love the size of the compartments and that they are individually sealed when the box is closed- keeps dry contents crisp and totally separate from moist contents. My 2 year old opens and closes it independently.

My son loves this lunch box so much! I was so bummed it got moldy inside (my bad) and the mold ended up staining it. I emailed customer service and they helped me with cleaning advice and after trying it, it just wasn’t working. They were so helpful and replaced my product for me! I will be a Bentgo product supporter for life!
