My kids have loved their lunchboxes for over a year. The latches unfortunately broken with normal use, but within the warranty period and the customer service was amazing! So easy to work with, friendly, understanding and helpful. Definitely a company I want to continue to purchase from.

I got these when my son started summer care before he starts kindergarten. I quickly realized only the trays are dishwasher safe. Not the case part, but that's no problem since is so easy to wash and rinse clean. I love that you can get replacement trays to mix up the color scheme and to meal prep. It makes my week so much easier. My 5 year old says he is full from the foods packed so it fits a great amount. 100% fully recommended.

My daughter got this lunchbox for her first year in school. It has been such an easy way to make lunches for her to take each day. As a teacher myself, most of my own students have these as well. The silicone has started to get some mold on it but customer service has been great about exchanging it for a new one!

Bought a few of these for my daughters lunches. They are perfect sizes and love they don’t leak. The latch on one box loosened and wouldn’t seal correctly and the team was quick to respond and get a new box sent within a couple days. Happy with my purchase and pleased with customer service.

My kids have been using their Bentgo Fresh Lunchbox since school started. I like that it comes with a little divider, which gave the option of placing bigger food items. Only thing is I lost the divider, which is disappointing. Please send me a replacement.

I bought these for my kids about a year ago and recently one of them broke. The customer service rep could not have been more helpful. Not only did they send me a replacement product within two days, but he also helped to register them for the extended warranties. Very happy with this company!

My kids have used their Bentgo lunch box for several months now and we've been impressed with the quality and ease of cleaning. The size of the dividers makes sense with the different food groups that our kids eat in their school lunch. Also, I think the presentation of the food makes it look more appealing and fun for the kids. I would highly recommend this lunchbox for any families looking for the new school year!

We’ve had various lunchboxes for the past few years. The only drawback I’ve found is they don’t hold up too well over time, and when kiddo leaves the lunchbox at school over the weekend then mold stains the lid. But they are pretty good about replacing them.

I had an issue with closing the lunchbox that I bought and I contacted the customer service via email. They were so prompt and addressed my issue by sending me a replacement. I am very happy about their service and efficiency. If you are hesitant whether or not to buy this product, buy it! It’s a great lunchbox, and if you need anything you can reach out and will be taken care of well.

I gave 4 stars because I received the Bentgo box broken. I contacts customer service and they sent a replacement (has not arrived yet, fingers crossed it's not broken). The customer service rep that helped me was wonderful! Love the quick attention and that I don't have to send them a broken box (so wasteful on packaging transportation costs).
