My son loves this lunch box so much! I was so bummed it got moldy inside (my bad) and the mold ended up staining it. I emailed customer service and they helped me with cleaning advice and after trying it, it just wasn’t working. They were so helpful and replaced my product for me! I will be a Bentgo product supporter for life!

I bought two of the boxes recently and one of the straps on one broke off. I was a bit nervous about this since the products don’t have any visible serial or product number on them. I got in contact with the company and was wowed the experience. I found out the products have a two year warranty on them and I got the broken one replaced at no cost to me. The person on the other line was very courteous and helpful. I didn’t really have a firm opinion on Bentgo, but I am a huge promoter now. Great company!

I bought lunchboxes for kids school year last year and they are not able to use this year because they have gotten mold on them hopefully someone can explain how to keep it away. Highly recommend great for lunches. Just need to figure out how to not get moldy.

We have different configuration lunch boxes for our two toddlers. We never had any issues with leakages outside, or between compartments. The Bentgo lunch boxes are very strong and amazing quality. There’s many different choices, and the slim design is nice, and still enough capacity. I like this one because it have possibilities to adjust size of sections. Just remove divider and it will have one big space for bigger portions of food. Easy to clean. And strong. I would recommend this lunch box, very useful

I bought a couple of the unicorn boxes for my kiddos. Awesome design, no leaks and very durable. We have been happily using these “snack-boxes” daily without issue. I created one little hiccup for myself and reached out to customer service. They were quick to respond and helped me remedy the situation. We have been and will remain loyal customers, buying for ourselves and gifting to friends and family. Great product and excellent customer service. 5+stars from us!

I own 4 of these lunch boxes and my kids love them! They love to see the surprises inside their lunch boxes! They’re easy to clean and great for my two children who hate for their food to touch. The only issue I’m having, why I didn’t give it a 5star, is it will mold or crack after time. I called and reported my issues and the bentgo team was on it replacing them! We will definitely shop again!

We purchased a few of these to test out for my first grader. We had several mini containers, and it was overwhelming to clean each individually. I like how this is one unit with proper sizing of compartments. It’s sturdy. It’s easy to clean. And most of all easy to keep track of. The only thing I wish is that they sold the divider separately in case it gets lost as it is the smallest piece.

We have 3 Bentgo boxes for our toddler to bring to daycare. The lunch box effectively separates portions of food from mixing together. Positively, the box is leak proof, which saves our bags and car from damage. The tray is very easy to wash and we rotate it between the dishwasher and hand washing. We'll be buying more Bentgo products. A quick tip for purchasers. If you pack meals the night before, put the removable tray portion into the fridge separate of the lunchbox to avoid any chance of mold growth.

I purchased two for cold lunches for school and really liked them, however it was not clear from the instructions that the shell should not go in the dishwasher and and after 3rd use, one of the shells got bent and won’t close anymore. I contacted customer service and they said they would sent a replacement upon the submission of proof of purchase and a review. Product is good, just be aware not to place the shells on the dishwasher.

We love our Bentgo boxes. They keep food cold and have plenty of space for a large enough lunch for my 3,5 and 7 year old. I would caution to choose the boxes with just one clip though, We have had to replace our boxes with the two clips twice becasue they broke and the box no longer stayed closed.
