I bought this lunch box for my daughter who is 5. She can open and close it easily! No spills and the size of the different compartments is perfect for her school lunch. We lost the divider and Bentgo's customer service was amazing! They send us a replacement straight away. However, if you're looking for a light weight box, you might find this one rather heavy.

We’ve been using these for almost a year now for two kids. They are the right size for preschoolers and don’t leak from one compartment to the next. We’ve noticed mold around the edges of the seal, so that is concerning. The customer service has been very easy to work with to remedy that though.

We really liked this bentgo box for our son, it's light weight and he can open it himself. However, he came home from school one day and had somehow managed to break the piece one often latched attaches to. We would still consider purchasing this product again since young kids are masters at breaking the most unusual things.

My toddler has been using this lunch box for 8 months and it works great to keep the food fresh with no leakage. However the seal needs to be cleaned immediately as mold may grow fast. I contacted customer service and got fast responses and a replacement. The warranty really works!

Purchased 2 boxes for my kiddos unfortunately one of them is defective and does not close correctly. I figured I’d be out of luck since I threw away both boxes and receipt (never imagined I’d have issues with either one). Thankfully Gonway S. Has made it right by replacing the defective product! This has been a great product for our kindergartener! No leaks and kept food sectioned off from spilling into other areas. We did lose the divider piece as she thinks she threw it away at school. So we are looking into getting a replacement so we can continue to enjoy this product. We are continuing our service with this company as we just bought more products for our next child starting school as well.

I reached out to customer service and they not only responded quickly but also are replacing both of the lunchboxes under warranty! The lunchboxes are perfect for putting an assortment of choices for lunch foods and are so spacious I can often pack her a snack as well. Love them!
