8 years and counting my kids, nieces and nephews all use this box daily for school lunch ! They love it and I love the customer service we just received! One of our boxes failed where the latches connect- the bar/ridge that it latches to stripped away. It was within the 2 year warranty so I reached out to customer service. In one business day I had a reply and a resolution. I provided the necessary feedback and a new box is already on its way. Bentgo support was efficient, effective and pleasant to work with!! I bought this for my 5 kids Alex and Tess both age 10 Mackenzie and Beth are both 6 And Paris my only boy is 3 all my kids love their new lunch boxes and I love the easy clean up It is perfect if you love making fun lunches like me

I have been using this lunchbox for my son when he goes to daycare and find all the cubbies useful in providing a nice variety of foods. Things stay fresh and it's fairly easy to clean (just takes a little time to airdry some of the small spaces, though you could get a towel in there if needed). I did have an issue with a component breaking and the silicone started to wear down after some time, even following all the care instructions, but their warranty is good and customer service was excellent - they helped me to resolve the issue quickly.

I bought this lunchbox in August and we love it. Unfortunately after only 3 months of use the hinge broke and we are dealing with customer service on a replacement. Customer has been great and this little hiccup won’t stop me from recommending or purchasing more products in the future.

This Bentgo is the perfect size for toddlers. The compartments allow for adequate portions for little ones, without feeling like you aren't giving them too much or throwing away half their food. The box itself is very durable and and the compartments are sealed well.

I’ve had several Bentgo boxes over the years and 3 kiddos that use them daily for lunches. They’ve always held up well, even with dishwashing multiple times a a week. I love that I can throw them in the freezer the night before and it’ll keep cool for the kids lunches. I’ve had to email support because the lock latch broke on my oldest box just recently and they still hold true to their warranty!

We have had this Bentgo lunch box for a little over a year and it is absolute amazing! My 5 year old is able to take his lunch frequently to school and doesn’t require assistance opening packages or containers! He also doesn’t have to waste his lunch time dealing with difficult packaging. He just pops it open and everything is ready to eat! I will definitely be ordering more for our daughter.

I have been packing lunches for my kids in Bentgo boxes since they started school 7 years ago! I love how they can hold favorite items like apple sauce and yogurt without leaking. The small portion compartments have been perfect for my elementary girls and encourage a diverse selection of food groups. This box is also a great way to reduce single use plastics! Finally, the clip broke off of my most recent bentgo box, and customer care was quick to help me get a replacement. Great product and wonderful customer care!
