I ordered this pack of cookies because of the great reviews. The cookies I received were hard as a rock and dunking them in milk didn't soften them. They went in the trash.

Order Curbside pick up for June 7, 2023. Sam's Club Order Picker made the choice that it is okay to select food that is set to expire the very next day on June 8, 2023. Knowing that they would not choose food for themselves or family that would expire within 24 hours, since it would be a waste of their hard earned money. Yet, their level of customer care and respect for their customers are unacceptable and need to be reviewed by their product managers and leadership to meet food handling and safety measures.

I wanted the oatmeal cookie so bad and now I wished I tasted them first before I tried the other flavors. This doesn't taste like an oatmeal /raisin cookie. I can't describe the taste but it's not oatmeal. I will never purchase fresh types of cookies from Sam's again. I am disappointed.

I bought this package of cookies yesterday. Now, I have bought "fresh" baked goods from Sam's Club before, and never had any complaints and problems. These cookies are the exception. Complaint number one - geez, all three varieties were way too salty. Complaint number two - the oatmeal raisan had some sort of off putting spice in them (not cinnamon, not nutmeg). Complaint number three - the macadamia nut had no visible pieces of macadamia nuts. No additional complaint for the chocolate chip.

these haven't been very fresh the last couple of times I've bought them and it has been through online pickup. This time the chocolate chips have taken on a lighter color (as they do when they are old). Are they doling out the oldest food to the unsuspecting online shoppers?
