Product is super, packaging was perfect. The FEDEX delivery left slot to be desired. The tracking process reported as on truck in area on Wednesday. The order was "out for delivery" on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and finally delivered on Sunday.

Been using these for 3.5 years now and they are doing a great job plus when you buy them at Sam's on sale, that even a better thing cause it's a great deal!!

Quality of filter seems great. We have our first set in now. The frame holds up nicely. It fits snug. I am noticing a “clean” smell from the air filters when my air conditioner kicks on.

I had been using a cheaper change every month filter and decided to try these. They are made much better so thinking they may last two to three months. So far happy with my purchase.

Quality product that does the job our HVac person told us a good quality filter changed monthly will extend the life of our furnace/ac. And it certainly does.

Great to see these in side the Sam's Club store considering that are a very pricey piece of equipment wherever you go. Therefore seeing then in bulk only helps the customers.

Excellent whole house filters that don’t degrade under heavy air flow as others I’ve tried. A bit pricey, but worth it the peace of mind and allergen reduction.

Great Filters to use, our service guy said we could go up to 3 months before changing them out with good filters. We change them every 4 - 6 weeks but knowing we could go longer using a good filter is good to know.

I have just changed the filter so I can't say anything about the filter yet. I did have directions that were easy to follow. I had no difficulty installing the filter

Prior to using this filter the hardwood floor beneath our bed always became covered with lint/dust from the heat register. That's no longer the case with this filter.
