It stayed cleaner longer for better protection. I like the convenient 5 quart jug which makes filling up simpler. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to try in a vehicle we have with high milage. We have only used synthetic oil in our vehicles for about the last 25 years. This Penzoil product seems to perform well compared to my regular brand. Even though it's the summer and it has not been in the vehicle very long it does seem to be doing an adequate job. I would like to reevaluate in the winter and at the end of this oil's life cycle, but not sure I know how to reaccess the review site.

But after trying out the Pennzoil synthetic for the car, I can totally see the difference. This is a very good oil and does a great job in keeping all machinery clean. It's definitely a high quality oil that dealers would use. Eventhough I don't need to change oil for a while, I'd love to keep changing every 4-5K miles, to keep the inside machinery clean and running smooth. I'd say this is the best oil you can find for your vehicles that you want to keep running longer, and ones that you drive daily. I'd definitely recommend.
