I haven’t had any engine issues. My vehicle runs smoother and it doesn’t skip or anything. This is just one of those brands you can trust. So, I won't comment on what the oil is made of itself. Instead my review is on using the oil. I do my own oil changes and have been using Pennzoil for a while now. I really like the oil. My car was actually quieter and burned less of the Pennzoil than my previous brand. Seems to last longer also as I checked my oil and it was not black or dark as usual.
