Let me start off by saying I have 4 boys which I've used Luvs with all of them. My oldest son is 12 years old and he began my love affair with Luvs. I tried so many diapers on him because he leaked alot. I tried all the diapers that were giving to me, Huggies, Pampers, store brands left and right and finally I used Luvs and couldn't believe I found my diaper. My son actually got the nickname pea pot because he leaked so many diapers. Had my second son(8 years old) and about a year later the Luvs diapers changed from plastic to cloth like. They were okay but they held up. Then I had my third son(6 years old) and I wasn't real happy with them but they were better than the other brands. Now that I have my fourth son(2 years old) I'm completely dissatisfied with Luvs. I thought the monkey print was real cute because that is what I call my baby but after using them I hate them. He leaks all the time. From top to bottom, front and back. I feel as if he is a newborn again because of all the changing I do. If I had anything to do with it I would bring back the diapers that the outside was plastic. They were the best. I've actually thought about changing diapers. I may pay a high price for the other brands but they've got to be better then Luvs have become.

When my wife and I found out that we were expecting my mind went directly to how much the diapers were going to cost., since we all know that they go though a ton of them. We set money to the side each week to buy diapers to get a head start. The first set of diapers that we got was the Luvs. They worked the best and were great; our baby girl loved them (she run though the pack quickly). However, after a few times of buying diapers we begin to look at the price of diapers. We found that the Luvs diapers were $3 more expensive then the other name brands. We felt like with the amount of diapers that she will go though it would be more cost effective to buy one of the other name brands even though we all liked the Luvs the most.

I absolutely love Luvs. I will never use another brand. Huggies, Pampers, etc., just don't do it for me. They may be great at absorbing, but when wet, the get hard! I have had no problems whatsoever with Luvs. In fact, my husband made the mistake of buying some other brand, and I told him he had 2 choices, take them back, or I'd throw them away!! He's learned his lesson, and since has never brought a "bad" diaper home!! Thank you Luvs for keeping my son dry, comfy, and odor free! Well mostly odor free :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Luvs diapers when my now adult children were babies. This was my favorite brand then and still is today. I use them with my Grandchildren and they work great. These diapers fit well and no break through leaks.

Hello there everyone. I just had a few things to say about luvs. I have three children, 14,4,3. And one on the way. I have used luvs for all of them. I tried to use another brand.but to me they always felt wet, even on the out side of them. So I guess what I am saying is luvs diapers and wipes are womderful. I wolud not use any other brand. I learned my lesson. Luvs are affordable also. Which is a big plus these days!!! Well luvs thankx for making such wonderful stuff for ALL of my kids. This will be my last baby. So I'll enjoy you for three more years. Thank you corren

I've been a faithful Luvs user since my son was 5 months old. We tried all the brands and every one of them leaked and we constantly had blow outs with dirty diapers. We started trying Luvs and I haven't bought any other diaper since. They hold up all night and through the day they are great. They fit my little man just perfect. Since you changed to the new design, things haven't been so smooth. He is 17 months old and just had the first leaky diaper in 12 months! The size is still the right one for him, I know he doesn't need a new size yet because we have a few old ones left and I've gone back and forth and when wearing the old design everything is fine, but put a new one on and it leaks. They have also released gel pieces on him even when the diaper wasn't very full. I don't let him "fill it up" I change him throughout the day as soon as I notice he needs a new diaper. The only thing I like about the new design is the monkey... the purple is a bit overdone. I know most of the time the diaper is covered up but it just looks like a diaper made just for girls now. He loved his Blues Clues -- that's how I got him to lay still while changing him was because he loved to hold a new diaper and look at the picture. Please bring the old back! The quality and design have both gone downhill!

I bought Luvs for my daughter after baby shower diapers ran out. I tried some of the cheaper brands with disappointment. So I decided to try Luvs, they were the right price and ended up fitting my baby the best. The cheaper brands are cheaper for a reason. Don't waste your time try Luvs and it's one thing on your shopping list you won't have to keep experimenting with to get right. Also Luvs won't leave those little gel crystals on baby's bottom.

I have always bought Luvs from the birth of my first child and continued to buy them with my second child but since they changed the design and quality of the diaper I no longer like Luvs. The design is kind of ugly and the diaper its self seems to be cheaper and I am constantly having leaks with my little boy now which causes a huge mess. I compared a old version of the diaper to the new and wish they'd go back to the old style.

These are great once my breastfed baby's poos became more pudding like (around 3 months) instead of liquid. But to be honest, no diaper could contain those. They are essentially the same as Pampers Baby Dry. Excellent product for price. I hope they continue to work for us.

I have 16month old twin girls and a 1 month old boy and I wouldn't use any other diapers!!! I discovered Luvs a few months after my twins were born and I've never turned back! I used other diapers and my kids leaked through often and they never lasted through the night! Now with Luvs I don't ever worry about them leaking day or night! Anyone I know who has kids...I always try to sell them on Luvs..they are that good and are up to half the price!
