Although I love the soft texture of the surface, the rug is quite thin. Vacuuming is more difficult than most rugs as the material is easy to get sucked into roller, clogging the vac. I like the idea of the wash ability factor but I’d not likely buy this again.

When this rug arrived I was pleasantly surprised by how light it was to be this big. It was packaged well however the plastic clips that keep it rolled up have to be cut very carefully to avoid cutting into the rug fibers (having a helper is great for that part) but otherwise getting it put in place was a breeze for one person. The pattern and color are exactly as pictured online and this looks fantastic in the living room. I was also amazed by how plush and cushiony this rug feels in spite of being relatively thin and light. Another huge plus is that the backing is soft and will not harm hardwood floors -- and it stays where you put it! I haven't had to wash this yet but seems like it will be very easy to do. I really love this rug and plan to get a matching runner for the hallway.

This rug boasts a gorgeous colors palette and pattern! The high-quality material feels soft underfoot, though I'll add padding for extra plushness. The colors are true to  images, and the rug is well-crafted. Its hues create a lovely contrast against my wood floors. It will be a wonderful addition, perfectly complementing my living room furniture that's due to arrive soon. The fact that it's washable is a significant bonus. Washable feature adds to its practicality and appeal. Knowing it can be easily cleaned is a definite advantage.

Love it. Soft and washable!

This rug is very soft and pretty but you CANNOT vacuum it. I tried 3 different vacuums and every time the rug would get sucked into the vacuum or the vacuum would just turn off (dyson). Additionally, it only fits into a laundromat washer and the edges will become unraveled after the first was. I do not recommend.

I foster dogs and I have gone through my share of rugs. I considered buying one of the name brand ones and I am so glad I found this. Number one you absolutely cannot beat the price. The material is so soft and very easy to spot clean. I have the small mats, runner and the large rug. I had washed all but the large one until today. It fit in my front load washer with ease. It did take some time to dry but came out just as beautiful as the day I got it. You will not regret this purchase.

While this rug gave off wonderful first impressions … I quickly began to disappoint! It was very difficult to vacuum, lifted off the floor and bunched under chairs and with traffic. On the first wash the entire rug just looked dingy and the color continued to look worse and worse with each wash. After less then 6 months we’ve already had to replace it.
