The umbrella came well packaged and it is beautiful. Very easy to operate and it is perfect for what I needed to match my patio table.

It has a retractable pole so during a storm you don't necessarily need to take it out of the stand.

Good materials, the right size for my patio. And I like the apple-green color.

I liked color (burnt orange) exactly what I wanted. I purchased 2 black umbrellas over 5 yrs ago and they're as good as the day I purchased them. These umbrellas held out well. The only thing I am not sure of is the new pole attaching design - they just slip together, no spring button like in the black ones I purchased in Sams club store. The description doesn't mention this detail. I'm hoping it's not an issue - I got the extra insurance for that reason just in case. I'd have given 5 stars if they kept same connection design. Otherwise it's a really well made umbrella that's easy up and quick down!

Ordered the gray umbrella, very well made, but this one does not have a hand crank to raise and lower, opens and closes like a personal use umbrella

The umbrella don't tilt

I was super excited to get this umbrella set up and have my morning coffee on the patio. Alas, it was not meant to be. The button on the pole that was supposed to hold the umbrella open would pop back in at any jiggle (read slight breeze). Returned the umbrella. Also, umbrella came with no instructions.

Came apart the first day. Pressed together with no glue. I think I can fix it but I shouldn’t have to.

I read the reviews before purchasing, and even saw the one from TracyB saying it would not stay open. Figured it was a fluke, and surely it would be ok? Nope. Exactly what she said- it would click when raising it, but drop back down within a few minutes. I ordered it online but ended up returning to our nearest Sams Club which is an hour away. Not happy. Would not recommend.
