Don't buy this steak. It doesn't smell or taste like beef.   Should have returned it but didn't.    i/we usually buy strip steak...which is always delicious.  The grass fed signage caught my attention.   Do Not even look at this poor excuse for steak.  Hoping Sam's Club removes it from the meat counter..

So chewy I could barely eat. Do not recommend. They are thick and small. Poor quality steaks.

These steaks looked good in the package. My husband cooked all four for dinner and two of them were tender and tasty without any fat or gristle. The other two were full of horrible gristle, making them inedible. We ended up giving them to the dogs. I was very disappointed after spending the money on them. If we lived closer to the Sam’s club where we purchased them I would have gone into the store and told them.

Two out of the four steaks were inedible.

They were quite satisfying, I cooked them on the skillet with butter and garlic. They turned out great. I would recommend just peeking at the cuts a bit more, though the ones we got were good, there were still some toughness. Overall great and would buy again.
