We ended up having to charge this in our car as it did not include solar panels. Even the "included in the box" diagram was misleading, there was an icon that looked as thought they were solar panels. It was just the instruciton booklet. Otherwise, it ran my husband's CPAP all night and seemed to charge quickly in the car. I'd give it a higher rating if it wasn't seemlingly purposefully misleading

I love this power station! As an avid backpacker, I have a base camp set-up and this power station is perfect for that! It runs all my needed gadgets along with some comfort gadgets before & after my backpacking trip. Since it only weighs 13 lbs., it's easy to transport. Plus, it fully charges within an hour. And I have so many ways to charge it (in my vehicle, while driving to where my base camp is going to be; AC; USB & solar). Plus, it's so easy to use. This is perfect for outdoor trips, house back-up, etc. I couldn't be happier!

I bought this last minute after my generator went caput. I needed something that would power a string of 100W LED work lights and a few accessory spots (30W ea). I was a little concerned that it wouldn't keep up with our demands, but we didn't even go through half the power by the end of our event. No more lugging around heavy generators just for lighting and device charging. It really does charge as fast as they say, which is awesome. So even if I use up all the juice at an event, I can find a plug and get another couple hours worth of power off a short charge.

I was impressed with the quick delivery timeframe from Walmart and the price. The unit arrived on time. Unboxing it, something seemed off. Later when I thought about it, the unit had over a 40% charge, and there was zero plastic or any other kind of protective wrapping around the unit. Just the cardboard box. A small users guide and three cables. Who ships an electronic product with nothing controlling the humidity, etc? This isn’t a brand new unit! It’s repackaged! I have no idea the history on this unit, and the on/off switch did seem to have some wear. Here I was starting to like Walmart and EcoFlow. Now I don’t know what to think. What I do know is there’s a major trust issue here and that’s a deal breaker for me in any relationship. Personal or customer/vendor. What will my options be? A refund, or replace the unit. Nothing from either vendor to go above and beyond. But this stinks.

I just got my River 2 unit and ran it through a test of some items to power. It charged quickly and quietly, powered my needed devices for six hours and was very quiet when the fan kicked in. It’s light and easy to store. A great unit!

This does NOT include a solar panel despite the product specifications listing one. It's another $100+ to get a solar panel. Misleading description!!!
