Love this cheese. It's the only swiss cheese I buy now. We use it on sandwiches and make grilled cheese on sourdough bread.

I kept mine in a sealed Ziploc after I opened it, and it still went bad within three weeks. I was very disappointed.

I've purchased this cheese for several years, but it's not good anymore. I don't know if they changed manufacturers or what but it tastes watered down. I've never had cheese that lacks flavor like this does. Please find a better manufacturer!!!
