Delicious. I froze it to shred for quiches. It worked great and a lot less expensive than the grocery stores

For a Members Mark product, this cheese is off the hook! Taste wonderfully nutty and has a great texture, I will definitely buy this product again.

Good Swiss, nice thickness, paper between slices and has a pleasant taste and not salty. Great in a grilled cheese sandwich.

I LOVE swiss cheese. This does not smell bad, or have any mold, but taste like a rusty something. Idk maybe they don't clean the slicer. I called the store, but never got an answer. I also purchased spring mix salad, which was bitter, and found black leaves and parts of leaves mixed in with the fresh stuff. I think I might give up on Sams for food.

I buy on every trip. We love to slice into strips and toss on salads, make Swiss ham and cheese sandwiches between puff pastry, stack a few slices and cut into cubes then toss into a ham and brioche egg casserole, munch 2 slices as an afternoon snack, layer on a burger with caramelized onions and grilled mushrooms. And on and on… So affordable and so useful and so tasty!

The cheese was excellent as always. BUT... evey single time the "resealable" bag looks like it is sealed, and yet 0when you go to open it next time you realize it was never really sealed and was exposed to the inside refrigerator air the whole time. EVERY single time. I need to start storing it in a Zip-Loc gallon size storage bag. Kind of defeats the whole purpise of the "resealable" bag.
