Perfect lime and salt chip

Ever since I first tasted the Limón flavored Lay's potato chips, I was hooked. What is so great about buying the chips at Sam's Club is that the bag is HUGE and is so reasonably priced. I try to keep some kind of chips on hand for little snacks, and this flavor is always my preference!

What happened? I used to eat these chips like it was my daily bread in the early to mid 2000's then i slowed down during the pandemic and prety much stopped eating them. So, fast forward to me placing this order and i spy this humongous bag and take it home to snack on. Let me tell you, i put a couple handfuls on a paper plate to eat and the salty/citrusy flavor on these chips was even better than i remembered. But here's the deal, after eating those chips i was sick as a dog for 2 days and it took a week to feel back to normal. The worst symptom was the headache. My head hurt bad and I'm not the one to get headaches at all. Pain relievers have never made any money off of me in all my life. I had never had that reaction in the past so did they change the quality of ingredients or the recipe since the pandemic? Not gonna recommend this one for anybody even though it tastes good. .

Always recommend getting chips from Sam’s because same price if not cheaper than normal grocery stores for way more!

Not my usual experience with Lay's or Sam's Club but upon opening the bag as soon as I arrived home, I discovered that there was nothing but crumbs inside. Very few larger chips: just crumbs. Pretty disappointed!

One day I goto Sams and they have TOTALLY removed regular Lays and placed this very distasteful product in its place I felt like I was forced to try a new product! I did and I will never buy it again.

We did not particularly like the flavor, but that wasn't the worst part. When they arrived from delivery, they were crushed into very small pieces. They were non-returnable.

I tried these out of curiosity and was pleasantly surprised. The flavor is good and not overwhelming. They are crunchy and crispy. Still a bit too salty.
