it does the job. First time using gluten free flour so not sure how others are. no bad taste as far I as can tell.

Excellent flour couldn’t tell it was gluten free. Not allergic gluten, just trying to eliminate it to decrease stomach bloating.

There is almost no difference between this flour and flour with gluten Joe in Green Cove Springs I would recommend this flour to anybody

Great mix for GF items. Large package is better than the single serving or 12 oz boxes sold in stores.

King Arthur flour is always great—my low rating was due to having bags split open and spilled all over the interior and other products in my order due to poor packing.

First time user of this flour. I made my husband cookies last week and made the same ones this week with the GF flour ( so I could have them too) he said they didn't taste any different! This is a game changer for me I have had baked goods in ages. I'm really hoping this is available all year round and not just for the Christmas season...
