I’ve tried 3 times to make cinnamon rolls with this and FAIL

It works okay but it can only be used in baked goods.

First time user of this flour. I made my husband cookies last week and made the same ones this week with the GF flour ( so I could have them too) he said they didn't taste any different! This is a game changer for me I have had baked goods in ages. I'm really hoping this is available all year round and not just for the Christmas season...
