If you’re looking for a high fiber, low carb tortilla that tastes good, this is the one to get. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised at the how good these tortillas are. I made beef fajitas for lunch and a flavor explosion ensued. The shipment arrived intact and on time, another plus for Walmart in this trying time.

They are nothing like the high fiber low carb tortillas they did sell at Samsclub. It's texture is like cloth and seems as though it's under cooked. The others could be used straight from the package while these will need to be cooked some more before they can be used. I bought loads of the others but these, one pack is enough to tell me I don't like them.

My husband is diabetic and loves bread and tortillas. We've struggled to find some that don't skyrocket his glucose levels until we found these! We absolutely love them and they taste just like regular tortillas. Highly recommend if you're looking to watch your sugar and carb intake.

First of all, the flavor is great. More importantly, I am always looking for ways to replace high-glycemic-index foods with something satisfying that will not spike my blood sugar levels to dangerous heights. These work great for me. Besides the most common uses for wraps, I had this crazy idea to use one as a replacement for a hamburger bun. I put a fairly generous portion of sauteed mushrooms and onions in the center, topped them with a couple of slices of Swiss cheese, plopped a cooked hamburger patty on top of the cheese, wrapped it up like a crunch wrap, then griddled it on both sides (folded side first) until golden brown. Amazing flavor, totally satisfying, and my blood sugar hardly budged! These will now be a regular part of my diet. Use your imagination on other ways to use these. I do not think that you will be disappointed.
