JBL always knocks it out of the park. these headphones have great and powerful sound, and the ANC is really great. plus now people can see I'm wearing headphones so they don't try to talk to me. haha

These headphones are not supported in the JBL app! They must be out of date or something. Whatever the problem, I can’t do the setup and I don’t want them. They are much too complicated for me. I am returning them for credit.

Product not made well. the ear piece broke and it won't stay on anymore.

Nice NC headphones. Used them on an Amtrak trip and worked perfectly.

I bought two pairs for a 13 hour flight. We loved the noise counseling feature but they started to make my ears soar after a couple hours. Easy to use and connect to our phones, iphone and samsung.

The headphones have a very comfortable fit. Sound quality is excellent. The JBL app for using headphones gives lots of options. Works well with phone calls. I got the headphones on sale but even at list, it is a good deal compared to other options.

loud and comfortable

Bought these December 2024 for work/sales. They worked great, never had any issues till just outside of warranty the left earpiece swivel broke. The company gave us a 35% discount for a purchase of another since there was no service centers in range of us.
