Thanks for your feedback on our JBL Tune 770NC. You may try troubleshooting your headphones by resetting them. Turn on the headphones, press and hold the Volume + and Volume – buttons for more than 5 seconds until the headphones turn off and reboot to factory defaults, then you may need to forget the headphones in your device’s Bluetooth settings before pairing again, and in the JBL Headphones app you can choose ANC to block noise, Ambient Aware to hear your surroundings, TalkThru for quick conversations, and VoiceAware to adjust how much of your own voice you hear during calls, and if you need more help, please contact us directly for further assistance.

To isolate the issue with your headphones, please ensure there are no other wireless devices, walls, and obstacles that can interrupt the Bluetooth connection. Sometimes Bluetooth connection can become corrupt, we recommend unpairing the headphones and manually pairing them again to your device.
