Quality seems decent but bad color

Just delivered 2 of my 3 pieces quality seems decent and leather quality feels good. My main concern is a question of color. It is not grey as pictured online. Kind of a dark grey brown. Trying hard to like the color but it is pretty ugly. Really wish it was lighter true grey like the website. Contemplating returning but not sure how that works with the white glove delivery..

Hello, this is unusual to hear. This is a beautiful set and color in person during inspections. We do suggest a brighter blub, as in the dark warm light can bring out brown tones. It is an earthy grey, not not brown. If we can assist, you can reach us at samsclub@abbysonliving.com

dark brown is really Black

I just received the furniture today. The furniture is black, not dark brown. I am not happy with a Furniture.

Well made but much darker in color.

What happens if you don’t like how dark it is? Just received last night. Way different in color than picture. zipper on left arm of large sofa came in broken and noted on acceptance teceipt

Couch and Chair Ok - Recliner, not Comfy.

Got this today, and perhaps I need to wait for it to break in? Anyway, the couch and love seat seem fine, but for some reason the recliner is probably the most uncomfortable I've ever had. Probably the hazards of ordering online because now to return the recliner, we have to return it all. Wife is happy though so isn't that what makes it worth it?
