Nursing printers is something I no longer wish to do, low-cost printers are time hogs. Our HP M477 has been great. The drivers are sold and the high yield cartridges are exactly that. The last black cartridge lasted 13 months for our 4-person office.

The toner arrived on time in a box with a return label to mail back my empty cartridge. Go Green! Installation was a breeze, I just replaced the cartridge and I'm good to go! I now have an HP Assistant assigned to my business account, so I called him up and ordered more ink with a discount! Win, Win! It's like my own personal printer assistant :) Thanks HP!

My HP M452 color duplex laser printer developed ugly vertical black bands on all prints. Nothing I tried would eliminate this problem. Finally, I decided to replace the OEM black cartridge with a genuine HP branded cartridge and the problem went away. Live and learn...

The toner is very expensive and there is no incentive for returning used cartridges. The process for receiving "free" shipping is somewhat deceptive, as a third party is involved that asks for a monthly fee for the privilege of "free" shipping. The cartridges do arrive quickly and are easy to install. The print quality is good.

I made the mistake of ordering from a big box store toner that said it was HP, even came in an HP box, and was double the prints...but it was a counterfeit. Now I will buy ONLY from HP. Printer is great. Toner is great. Watch for counterfeiters! Read on the box in small print "HP compatible".. Stay away from those! You will get colored stripes on your pages. I love HP brand toner for my HP printer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You get what you pay for with HP Ink. Though it’s expensive, you are guaranteed not to have issues. Colors are perfect and changing cartridges is simple. Don’t ever use another brand in your HP printer, or you will be sorry!

I am extremely disappointed with both my HP printer and definitely the price of the toner cartridges which is inordinate and the short time they last! Had I known that the cartridges were so expensive, I'd have bought a different printer for sure and likely will not be buying HP printers any more.

I bought it with a 4 year warranty. It's now operated flawlessly for 2 /2 years. I just ordered my 5th set of HP High Capacity Toner Cartridges. The machine has operated flawlessly. Thanks. HP.
