[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only way Hp makes any money is by selling over priced toners and inks but they do work well. I am sure there are re sellers that are more cost effective than Hp but I haven't found one yet.

I purchased a printer and ordered the first replacement toner cartridges. I was shocked to find out they cost the same as a new printer. I guess I should just buy a new printer each time the toner runs out.

I always recommend that users use preferred original product in their printers. It's just not worth the difference to purchase refilled cartridges. You don't get the good quality prints and it gums up your printer.

It's toner and it works just fine. Not too much to say. HP had a good price along with free 2-day shipping. I would order this product again if needed, but would also check the office supply stores for competitive pricing.

I am happy that I was able to purchase this product online as we are limited to insite shopping these days for printer supplies. I have not opened the box or used the cartridge yet since the current one is not complete out.

I prefer to buy genuine HP toner because it has never failed. Dependable. Never have had a problem with the cartridges working with my HP printer. But wish they were not so expensive!

This is a simple process of ordering and receiving at home. I especially like that return UPS labels are included to return for recycling. I appreciate HP's commitment to our environment. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.

Just started using this toner - I can see it is bigger than the original cartridge. I hope the printer will last longer than this toner - I get many error messages and no support since it is over 1 year old.
